I have to write this review I have never written one in my life and today I realize how important it is to do so, Car First helped me make my dreams come true!!! not only with wanting the type of vehicle for so many years and being turned away for credit or not having enough money's down, But today I took a chance walked into Car First and they're slogan is very true no scams or getting over, EVERYONE RIDES IS TRUE!!! The staff was so polite and helpful!! so very kind, they were up front and very honest! They took time to explain to me the features of the luxury vehicle I purchased! I have been wanting this Truck for so many years and today Car First brought my dreams to a reality! I cannot tell you how happy and thankful I am!!! They have some really nice vehicles here, they were beyond professional and I would recommend them to anyone! I will always come back to this establishment whenever I am in need of a vehicle!! So if your looking for a nice vehicle,great staff, slogans that are TRUE and not trying to get you in to ruin your credit! Please come to this dealership you will NOT be dissatisfied at all you may walk out in tears, tears of joy that is!!! My children and I are finally going to be mobile again and back on the road after being without a car the last 6 months and Car First is the reason behind it all.... CarFirst was a great buying experience. I couldn't get approved at 2 other dealerships and CarFirst got me Approved in an hour. I went there and was pleasantly greeted by the sales manager. He was extremely nice. They have friendly staff, great prices, awesome service technicians and an all around pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

If you want to know if they can get you a loan, I can tell you if they got me a loan they can get anyone a loan. My wife and I got divorced and my credit got run sky high!! I put in applications all over the place. I put in my credit application on their website and got an approval in like ten minutes. They called me right away and set me up with the finance manager and he got me the terms of the loan right there on the phone! (Half the places I called wouldn't even give me a price over the phone much less anything else.) I knew what my down payment was too. I never had sales people be so upfront in my life. Usually there's always stuff they don't want to answer on the phone cause they want to get you there and try to pressure you into buying. I was very happy with my whole purchase here. No headaches. No nonsense.

My fiance and i bought an 08 jeep patriot last Saturday! The experience was great, Amir and Tim were amazing through the process! I've been wanting a jeep and finally found the right one! Perfect color and everything. There were a couple minor issues to pass PA inspection and some body work needed to be done but he reassured me that would be handled and he kept his word! I got my car over a month ago and the car has been great to me. The staff made sure that I was happy and content with everything. My wife wanted what I got and I wanted something else but in the end I was happy with what I got. I've since hooked it up and added life to it. Extremely happy with my purchase! I have bad credit, and seeing other people's comments, bad credit is apparently what they do here. They asked me to review my experience good or bad since its seems people are only motivated to review when they have a bad experience. Its rare to see a good one, but I can understand how they were able to get them. My last car broke down, and I was stuck. My credit is very bad. I called a bunch of places to see if I could get a car loan and was turned down. I found a used car world on craigslist and put in an online credit application. TIm called me in minutes with my approval. I was shocked! When I came to the lot Tim patiently went through five different lenders until he was able to get me into their buy here pay here program. He sat with me half the day (kids in tow!) to get me a car loan. He explained every detail of my loan to me and even got me a 2 year warranty. In two hours, I went from desperate and scared I was going to lose my job to driving!!! I drove away that day in my new car.. I have a new car that I love and affordable monthly payments. They have knowledgeable friendly and super patient sales people and they were able to do what no one else could!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had to review this for carfirst. We purchased 2012 chev suburban from them today. They are amazing people. I went to so many places to get the car loan. All declined ya. But Amir worked his magic and we are driving off the lot with a beautiful suv. I will tell whole family and friends to go see these amazing people if they want to buy a car. Am so pleased that still dealership like car first exist who can help with bad credit. And on top they sell really good cars. No one tried to get over on us since we have bad credit. CAR FIRST OF ABERDEEN was a good send for my family and I. They helped us get a deal done where others couldn't. The Altima we bought is a great car and the whole experience was all around excellent. Everyone we have had dealings with at Carfirst has been courteous and so helpful. I have referred 2 family members there already. We will be buying our next vehicle from them also. Carfirst make my day.I am really hard working person but my credit situation a snot good. Car first sold me a 2014 ford fusion.It is beautiful car,it has really good mileage.It runs great.I want to share my experience so people know that still honest car dealership exist that does not take advantage of your situation.The crew here is amazing,They ll work with you from picking up you through uber/lyft to get you good deal on car not as well as insurance. These people are amazing in every way.They ll guide you through the whole sales process in a good way.We test drove the car before we purchased it,Everything went amazing.I already send so many people to car first. I wish every car place be like them instead of just getting over on you.I just want to say thank you to everyone here.

Came to him in a hard situation and he did everything in his power to help me. Got me approved with little down and not so great credit. So far, this has been my best experience at a lot. Didnt push anything on me. Tim worked wonders.

UPDATE--- Its been almost 2 months since i purchased my vehicle. I have had a few minor issues pop up, but Amir and his team have gone out of their way to make sure everything was handled in a timely matter. I did not expect this experience to go as smooth as it did, and to be treated as good as i have been. I couldnt be more pleased with the service i recieved.

These people are deffinitaley awesome! Easy to work with and talk to. They didn’t look at me in a negative because of my credit and were very open and honest about everything. Karina is like a mother away from home who stopped at nothing to make sure she squared all my paperwork away the right way. She was very nice and patient and explained everything I didn’t understand thoroughly. Amir is awesome too he’s also very patient and honest and will do whatever he can to work with you! I’ve been screwed over time and time again by other dealerships around Harford County but not at Car First they’re truly amazing people thank you all for your help and may God continue to bless your business and I hope my review will bring more people to you thanks again! My Daughter got a car from carfirst.The staff is amazing.They are so nice,they ll sel you nice cars.We got 2015 Hyundai,it runs great.has no issues at all.payment is really afforadable. The down payment is really reasonabale. The car prices are really .Carfirst sales team is great, Thier service manager is also nice.I hardly write reviews,but i am writing for carfirst.It shard to find honest business like carfirst now a days.I wish them success and be one of big dealer in whole Maryland.I see some bad reviews here too about them,those are all lies and put by haters.5 starr all around for carfirst

Great car place. All dealership denied me. But carfirst got me done. They sell nice cars. Really good sales price. My car I got from them run great. No problem. They do free oil change. And brakes are covered for lifetime. Service guys are awesome. When you have no hope of getting a vechile anywhere in Maryland. Go see carfirst. Love this place

Great management! Great sales team! Aamir works with customers for many different things that they need! Any bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt because if someone gets declined for a loan which has nothing to do with the dealership they still leave bad reviews. Also there is another Car Dealer on the same lot that is NOT CARFIRST that people leave reviews for and think that it is CarFirst! CarFirst gets people in cars when other dealers can't! Overall this place is very Helpful, Friendly and they always take care of their customers as much as they can.

Was in a serious bind before calling Amir. I must say this family atmosphere was everything that you look for and they went above and beyond to make sure that I left in a vehicle that was a 2016 and very clean and great mileage.
