Hardee’s

The terminals were down so we could only pay cash but everything was good, manager was attentive and nice , food was good and it was clean. All employees were working and nice. Thumbs up to all!

Great food and friendly happy staff! I will definitely come back unlike some fast food places!

Me and my sister go here at least 2-3 a week in the drive thru the Angela is always so nice and a joy to talk with

Food and service were very good. Cashier took the time to read the menu to me because of a vision issue I was having.

Always great service, accurate order, hot fresh food. I think people forgot how tasty things are here - because there's rarely a line. We use the drive-thru and can say when you look in the store always looks clean- not like a lot of other places with food all squished on the floors.

I went here about 2 years and for some reason I still remember how good the service was an I'm just going off that experience. SO IM NOT SURE IF IT IS BAD NOW.

Speedy services in the drive thru and the food was great! I love getting the big hot ham meal but on this trip I discovered they have an original size, a bit smaller, so I got that. It was the perfect amount! I'm a Hardee's stan.

Just stopped here tonight with Family. They were absolutely fantastic, even tho they seemed a little understaffed. Me, my wife, and all 3 kids got a combo. It was correct, prompt, and delicious. Give the 2 individuals who were working the night of 4-14-23 a handsome raise!! Fantastic Service!!

One of the best places to get breakfast. Probably underrated as far as I see it. Good sausage biscuits. I do enjoy there breakfast but unfortunately I never eat lunch or dinner there. I just don't enjoy there burgers.

We came in this morning to get our breakfast. The manager Otis was funny and very friendly. And the food was delicious. They really care about there customers here. Will definitely come here every morning!!!

Had breakfast with my wife, daughter, her husband and their small children on a Saturday morning, and couldn't have had a better experience. The food was great, the staff was highly attentive to our needs, and even swung by the table on several occasions to check up on us-- as if they were a full-service restaurant. This is one of the better Hardee's restaurants in the chain. Good folks.

I ate dinner inside the dining room the night of 9-10. The dining room was very clean. There were 3 or 4 people working, and each of them made it a point to ask how we were doing, and told us goodbye when we left. The customer service was actually even better than Chick-fil-A. Great job Hardee’s Covington!

I love Hardee’s they have good customer service skills and I love there hot breakfast thank you Hardee’s !!

Food was delicious! They are extremely understaffed, so it took a half hour to order and get our food. However, the guy who took our order was very apologetic and was working diligently to serve everyone with a smile!
