Edit: Don't go if Robyn's not working, the other individual that works the drive through has an attitude and no customer service. She clearly does not want to be there.

The lady that is in charge there did AWESOME! Hope she reads this. The food was great and hot and the drinks were good how they supposed to be, everything was order correctly. Great customer service. The wait time was normal. Wish I could have got her name.

Good customer service. The cherry limeade tasted like it had a bit too much lime and for some reason the tater tots had a slightly greasy after taste. The route 44 drink was bomb though.

Slushies are the best although we could do without the sugar, every-now-and-again can't be too bad. Also, during happy hour I think between 2pm-4pm they are half- priced. My son loves all flavors with needs in them.

The place was extremely well kept. The service was quick and friendly( I parked at weird angle and she got in just the right way.) The Tater Tots were the best I've had in a long time. Not salty or greasy. Just a great Tot. 😁

So,here's a Tot for you. Stop by this Sonics and leave with a smile..... or shake. 👍👍

Kind, affable and sweet staff. Always smiling and laughing. My fiancee says this is the best Sonic around. She frequents one in Warner Robins and notes that everything tastes so much better in Covington.

Very nice and trustworthy people here.
My wife came here Friday 4/16/21 and got food and forgot to get her debit card back . She didn't realize it was missing until Sunday afternoon 4/18/21 ,we back tracked where she'd been .
We called and sure enough they had the card .

The new manager came out and talk told me they was under new management. Everything went good until I got home. I ordered the new garlic chicken meal with a Reese shake instead of the drink. A extra tot and a small snickers shake. I was missing the extra tot. And chicken was hard. Lost receipt called the next morning and the female manager told me ain't nothing she can do about it. This will be my last time visiting this place, they dont care about their customers, and I didnt even get a apology about their mistake. God bless

I was impressed with how they handled the drive thru lunch rush on a Monday. My order was simple so it was hard to mess it up but I'm glad they didn't.

My receipt doesn't say the cashiers name but hopefully someone will relay the review to her.

Good place to go and hang out with my friends, we come here a lot and never get tired of the food and cute servers 😂. I hope this sonic never runs out of business because it's the only one we've got In Covington sadly. The shakes are AMAZING and the slushies are too. As well as the food. The hotdogs are perfect and the chicken is delectable. 🤤😩

The black girl was really nice she gave me a free ice cream bcz she didnt hear me order two. So she said dont worry about it I'll get you another for free.

Mmm good old fashion sonic and what the shake machine is actually working. Best 20 bucks I spent all week. See ya soon on my return visits. Peace, im out.

Very good visit for lunch today. Had hamburgers and hot dog with fries and tater tots, milkshake and tea
All were good and fresh- buns were especially soft and fresh.

If you're ever having one of those days that are going too good to believe, stop at this Sonic and and youre guaranteed to put an end to it. Save your money and go get a steak anywhere,even if it's in Tennessee, you will get it faster and cheaper, and you will get the food you ordered to boot.

Definitely under new management. Excellent Service. Staff was very accommodating.. New Steak Sandwich is Awesome.

I really appreciate the way they grill their long hot dogs, hot fresh with or without the condiments, my grandson love this place, and so do I very reasonable also, go check them out the staff is wonderful,

What kind people! Just got off work at hospital they saw I was still in scrubs wearing I D badge and wouldn’t let me pay for my cherry limeade after dealing with Covid all day it cheated me up to know they haven’t forgotten we are all still in this fight together , Thank you sonic staff !
