Customer service is a plus and goes above and beyond to please. I'm very pleased with my vehicle but as for their customer referral plan never gets honored. Always finds loop holes.

Robert is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. He explains everything in detail so that the customer can clearly understand the issues if any with your vehicle. He will help you with anything he can concerning your car, and if there is a problem he is quick to try to resolve it before you leave the shop. I own a 2007 Lexus RX and it's because of him and other like that him keep me coming back to have it service there. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, and will continue go back to have my vehicle serviced here.

I was really apprehensive about buying my first car but these guys made the whole process completely pleasant. Mark sold me a car that I'm absolutely in love with. I actually don't mind the commute to and from work now in my passat. Seriously, why would you buy a car anywhere else? Check em out.
