I only let one Hygienist touch my mouth, Robin; she has never hurt me or cut my lip. Always pleasant and has feeling for you and does a GREAT job.
Dr. Guillot is a professional dentist and handles me with kid gloves and has Exceptional experience. She will take extra time with a crown to make sure for a proper fit!! She’s an Artist.
The front office is always friendly and easy to deal with.

Had to switch dentist because of insurance. Was not looking forward to a move. So glad I chose Exceptional Dental of Marrero. They are truly Exceptional. Dr. Guillet is highly skilled, professional, and personable. The staff is as professional, attentive, and friendly. Jamie’s cleaning was totally pain free. Never said this before: can’t wait for my next checkup and cleaning in 6 months. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Doctor Do & staff were very professional & knowledgeable about procedures being performed. The office was clean & clutter free. This was my first visit, I was there for an annual cleaning & through x-ray was told I had a cavity, I was able to have cavity filled at that visit & didn’t have to schedule another appointment which was very accommodating. She explained everything she did to me & consistently asked if I was okay & made sure I was comfortable. I had a GREAT experience at the dentist today & I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find a dentist.

I must say this dental office from the time you step thru the front door the excellent customer service starts....Dr. Danny is amazing.... Tiffany is awesome with a great sense of humor...I am now on my way to have my confidence back with being able to smile.....keep up the excellent work staff...hats off to ALL of you.....Daphne

I was so afraid of getting shots at the dental office, but Allisa,did an excellent job of calming and reassuring me.And Doctor Le put the icing on the cake and totally prepared me.Doctor Le helped me see I would be alright. She was professional and caring and patience about my concerns. I thank exceptional dental for my experience.

I called them because of severe pain as soon as they opened and they had me come in within the hour. I hardly had to wait to be seen. Every single person I saw that day was more than friendly and very calming for what could have been very traumatic. Everyone was nice and they were sure to make sure I was comfortable and I left very happy. Dr. Do is wonderful!

All staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable with any procedure that you may be receiving. The staff clearly advises you of your best option. You know before you leave their office the amount you will be responsible for with no hidden fees. They really treat you like family. I met Dr Taylor Guilet for the first time today & was very pleased. She also looks out for you & what's the best option for situation. This was my first experience here. I brought my granddaughter to get a baby tooth removed. I was impressed about their efforts to keep her calm and not so scared. They used oxygen, gas, topical and injectable solutions to control the pain and fear. The doctor and assistant were both great with my granddaughter. I was able to stay in the room to watch the whole thing.

The waiting area is very comfortable. The exam rooms look like high end lofts, with exposed brick walls. But it's the employees that make this place. They were all FABULOUS!!! Very sweet, listening intently....they were what I needed.
I would gladly drive from New Orleans East to get to that office again.

I’ve been going to Exceptional Dental for about five years now and I will never go to another dental office. Dr. Kim Do, Mrs Juneau and their staff are truly exceptional. I’ve had everything from extractions to super deep cleanings and every time I’ve felt completely taken care of. Dr. Do is something of a super Dr. when it comes to giving painless shots every time. I’ve currently moved out of state and never mind the drive just for the amazing services they provide. I used to be afraid of the dentist visits but know look forward to them. If you are in the New Orleans area look no further because this place is top notch. Thanks for taking care of my pearly whites.

I like this office a LOT better than the Ames office. I didn't have to wait too long. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was SO friendly as opposed to the other office, which they didn't talk a whole lot. Her, and the doctor I saw, Dr. Kim Do, were consistently checking on me to make sure I was okay (just had a cleaning & filling) and I had no complaints whatsoever. I love the doctor and I will be back to see her again :)

I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr Bourg and his staff made my experience so much better today. They were extremely friendly and made me so comfortable, not to mention how quickly they had me in and out. Would definitely also recommend getting their dental finance plan!

Wow... I Absolutely felt Welcome here. The service is very personal to my needs. I even recieved call backs from the Doctor during the weekend.. My experience was very informative, totally professional with cre a Lil love provided. I recommend this office for all Dental needs.. Thanks Exceptional!

Friendly staff, amazing service, Dr Guillet is very friendly and professional. The other staff members are wonderful. Alyssa is a sweetheart, and the hygienist Hyd is amazing. I’m very happy to get my dental service there.

I am not a dentist person, they make me nervous. But Dr Do, Cathy, & Roxy made me feel so comfortable! Explained the procedures and broke down the prices for me to the point where I am looking forward to my procedure in a few weeks. First place that ever made me feel like my fear of dentists may actually disappear!

Today was my first visit with my father-in-law he has dementia they really took good care of him and explained everything in detail and also the most important one the price and the steps on payment thank you for excellent service
