They say they open at 8 but they are NEVER here at that time.

My mom has rented 5 storage buildings here behind this store. She's had to deal with drunk costumers corning her in her units with pit bulls while the cashier Z refused to do ANYTHING about it. Also the property manager Eric for the units refuses to have a secure camera system set up in the back and refuses to have all tenants checked in before letting random people just go in the back with alcohol and pit bulls. Z made THREATS to my mother and said he would file a false police report on her if she tried to go to her units or in the store because HE lost the keys to their gate around the storage facilities . I am a office Manager at ooltewah mini storage, a secure gate system and camera system is a MUST. I've explained to Z myself the situation when this first started and him nor the property has done anything to prevent these occurances from happening. I would NOT rent from here, not only have they put people at risk with such low security, but also they enable these drunks coming in there access to units when they are NOT even renting a unit!! Its insane what the cashier and property manager allows and good luck getting in touch with property manager, he rarely answers his cell or work phone. Definitley not a good place to trust putting your things into unless you want them stolen . like I said, I'm a office manager of over 400 storage units and I know what the requirements of these facility's are.
