Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have been coming to this Popeyes off and on since it has opened in this area. I admit I have had issues in the past with food, service, and not able to get what you ordered, due to it not being in stock. This trip seems different service was friendly and prompt. The food was hot and tasted good. All the condiments and food I ordered was actually here. I am giving 5 stars for this visit and hope they maintain this. I will be back soon with the family.

We got a to go order on Friday and forgot to check the order before leaving. We don't live in the area, and when we got home, realized mistakes were made and I called them and Josh B. (Manager) was really nice and said to come back and they would have the staff fix it for me. They went above and beyond what I expected!! Great people.

Don't listen to any negative reviews about this place from before. Because it is under new management. Josh is doing an incredible job!! The food is back the way it should be. It's cooked to perfection. It's delicious and no I don't work there. LOL But I would! Whitney at the counter and drive through Did an amazing job very courteous and professional and friendly! I'm so happy they've got this restaurant back in shape and I hope their business starts booming for all of their hard work! God bless you all and enjoy your popeye's. It's back in Jasper and full force! YUMMY!!

This particular Popeyes is the best! Food is always fresh! I'd rather wait 2-3 mins for fresh food than eat old stale fries. Service is spectacular!

After horrible customer service at the Calhoun location, I returned back to Jasper. This place never fails in their customer service! Employees act like they want to be at work and care about their customers!!! I will stick with this location!!! They are always so nice!!!

I have to say it's gotten way better with the new management/owners. Over a year ago I would never think twice about eating there, today was the 2nd time with the new owners taken over and the food was amazing, the way it should be. Everyone was nice. The food was cooked perfectly and hot

We stopped here on the way to Chattanooga and I was very impressed by the service we received and how fresh the food was! Virginia was so personable and pleasant to talk to, this is my first time receiving great customer service at Popeyes. Thank you Virginia! You really made a huge difference.

Best chicken sandwich I have had in it least a year.....love the pickles too.

I was very pleased we got a chicken sandwich and some nuggets they were both very good there what there wasn't a long wait.
Unlike our store here in Canton they actually have chicken sandwiches that you can buy and eat unfortunately I have to drive from Canton where there is a very poor Popeyes to a much better ran and operated Popeyes in thank God for the Jasper where you can actually buy a sandwich when you want one... The Popeyes in Canton gets 1 star the one in Jasper gets five I hope someone reads this that can make a change with the Canton thanks again Jasper Popeyes..

Even though they only had 3 employees and the drive thru non stop my LARGE order came out in a timely fashion........... Just wish the fries would have been fresh. But keep up the good work.

Our food was great! Hot and fresh, and I even had to drive over thirty minutes with it. We had a big order, like almost $50 worth of food, and they forgot one of our sides. That would be my only complaint, but I didn't call or make a big deal about it because we live so far away. Service was really nice and polite too!🙂

I normally do not write reviews. However, I must say you have the best manager ever! I was traveling from out of town and stopped by to get lunch. I was missing an item that I had ordered. I went in and talked to Chris, the manager. He was very Polite and courteous. He made sure my order was correct and even threw in an apple pie for my inconvenience. The fried chicken was fresh not like on a buffet as their competitor across the street.
It was hot fresh juicy.
All the employees and managers couldn't be any nicer.
We had a great experience there tonight around 8 00 ish.

Had a really good experience in the drive thru. The staff was entertaining and happy to please everyone. The manager was also checking behind his staff. The food was fresh and delicious.

All aspects of Popeyes Chicken is amazing; flavor, quality, presentation, etc... Problem with this and the Canton location isn't any of the personnel who directly work the stores but the upper echelon. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians, the few that are involved need to quit worrying about their status and start worrying about the BRAND and it's customers. Too bad Popeyes itself doesn't step in take control of the upper echelon. Hopefully they look @ these reviews and these take precedence, because eventually this will turn into the Mighty Dollar...

Excellent wings and EXCEPTIONAL service from skinny gent in kitchen area (manager? If not, he should be!). Called ahead for a bunch of wings for big game. The guy was very helpful, accommodating and polite. Saved a ton of $$$ with better wings than usual wing joints. Love that chicken from Popeyes!

Great experience came through drive-through at closing time manager let me order food it was fresh and service was great thx for a great experience!

The chicken here is usually good. The chicken tenders have gotten to be terrible. They're like a thinly sliced piece of chicken breast fried with lots of breading until the chicken meat is tough and dry. The Cajun rice is my favorite and honestly, the biscuits are the best ever! 🎶Love that chicken from Popeyes!🎶

Always fresh; always delicious. Tried Bojangles, several times before Popeyes was built in Jasper; Never impressive. Bojangles is greasy, with very little flavor. The sides were the worst I have had at any fast food restaurant. It just isn't my taste. My family and I would rather have Popeyes, any day.
