Dr. Brianna Allen is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met. She is patient and kind. She gave me the perfect product for my needs, which is "Trainwreck . H and W has made such great progress in my past 2 years of experience. The staff is very detail oriented/professional. They have my medicine pulled and ready before I can even hand them my ID. They are cheerful and on point with knowing the products and prices. I give the 5 stars.

I ordered one Good Day Farm Banana Mac pre-roll , I just got home and opened the package then turned the top on the tube to open it looked inside and it is empty. I have been a Louisiana Cannabis patient for 2 years in Oct. I have never had this happen to me. I have been to the Northshore ( Willow ) , the uptown H&W and just recently had my recommendation transfered to the Metarie H&W location , I have questions. Are the pre rolls packed in the tubes at LSU or are they packed in the Good Day Farm tubes at this location. Some how some way someone didn't do their job , Strange to me how there's a seal on the plastic bag the tube comes in but the tube doesn't have a seal. I want my money back. Yall are closed at this moment, I will be calling tomorrow.

Update : Great Satellite H&W location , they took care of the situation , very professional Dispensary!

Wonderful place, great people, I know it has nothing to do with them! but the price has to come down, hopefully with the new dispensaries coming in Kenner on Airline Highway, last two😭with alternative services prices should come down!
