Best one I’ve been to! Great location, selection and atmosphere

This little market tucked away in the Mid City/uptown neighborhood is my favorite place to grab some quick food for the soul. I mean the hot food they make is top notch. Not to mention the meat and seafood counter staff are amazing too. Each time I go there I find some new local food that I end up falling in love with. Don't forget to support our local businesses!

Great little market, lots of prepared food for lunch. Love the bakery for a doberge cake. Good wine selection.
They pack a lot into the space.

Chef Alison is extremely talented w/the food & very professional & caring. He makes you want to come back to not just the buffet area, but the store itself.

Their food bar has so many delicious options. Sometimes I prefer it to an actual restaurant because the options are plentiful and everything is so fresh. I love getting a little taste of ten different things, which is very different from dining in restaurants. It is expensive, but that’s to be expected of an upscale market. You just have to shop wisely. All of the employees are very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, with a definite local feel.

Has on of the best hot food bars in the city thanks to Chef Allison. He is always attentive to the customers and goes above and beyond.

Randomly came to the store one day and found out that they really do have good deals on meat. They had a better selection of vegetables than Rouses did. Some of their prices really beat out Winn-Dixie and Rouses.

This isn't my normal Roberts location, but the staff was kind and the food was the same. I enjoy their cold prepared foods when I'm in a pinch or unable to cook. (You can use your EBT stamps on cold foods, remember.)
The grocery is small and things are close. Tons of variety, though, and good quality and the customers I've shopped with were kind.

The one on st claude is unnecessarily overpriced for its compact size. That was my local supermarket when I lived in the 9th ward because the meat selection at Roberts is always spot on, especially the in house raw sausages and more expensive cuts of beef. This location has way more reasonable prices on everyday items. Plus they seem to have a larger selection overall.

This place is worth the drive if u ask me, but since relocating to uptown i havent been back to the st claude location yet.

This location even has sausage meat that has not been cased. It saves me a step when i go to cook with it since i never make sausage with the casing on.

Very small inside but i love this little store. I love the salad bar. Don't care too much for the hot food bar. The seafood is really good. Also love the fresh deli and the bakery. The prices are higher than usual on most items. They always have the brand of water i drink in stock .

Omg. The fried fish is amazing. I had never eaten from a grocery bar before and had heard for years that fish was delicious. The staff is so friendly. I have been going back every week since introducing it to my mom.

Found this place while I was working. Went in there to use the restroom and noticed they had a hot bar. Man, I'll tell you it was something delicious. Keep up the good work

Close to my home. This is our emergency pick up, ready to eat, dessert, catch all cross between take out and a convenience store. Love the boiled shrimp, catfish, mac n cheese, green beans, turtle cookies, chocolate doberge and wedding cake petite fours. King cake in season! A bit pricey, but not compared to restaurant takeout. Did I say convenient?

Love Robert's Market. They have a good selection of prepared foods along with traditional grocery store items. They have a steam bar with hot food that has great choices. They also have a pretty good salad bar! They have a decent sized liquor section at the front of the store. They also have some of my favorite Frozen treats that I can't find at other stores! I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed if you go.

Love this place. Great fresh cooked food. Fresh, cleaned shrimp and selection of spices and stuff.

Store is very clean and organized. Employees were friendly and eager to help. Plus, the cooked food is delicious!!
