I have been with State Farm since 1976 and have had good agents. We have had two claims in the last 4 months and Tina was my contact with the first one and Nancy is the contact for the current one. Both of them have been above and beyond in helping me by email and phone calls. The personal touch given to us by these two has been terrific. His agency is top notch in my book .

Anytime I have ever needed help from making sure I have the correct coverage as well as the right amount. The folks at Parish Lowrie State Farm have always been right there to help. When my parents were in a terrible wreck in Tifton, Ga. Parish was on the phone with me all evening making sure we had whatever we needed. All the way to fender benders to homeowner insurance issues these folks are the best. Would not change agencies period.

Excellent prices and customer service. I had Geico for years and made the switch to State Farm for the cost savings. I gained much more than extra money. This is a hometown agency with people you can actually meet with and talk to. They recently helped me with a claim I had to file and they were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Parish Lowrie State Farm Insurance. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I have had insurance with a number of companies over the years but have never received the personal touch that we get from Tina Burton and everyone else at this office. I feel like I have friends looking out for me.

Everyone at Parrish Lowrie State Farm is fast to respond and always willing to answer questions I have. I have homeowners and three vehicles insured and always great rates with excellent service.

Considering my attention span is that of a gnat, putting up with me is, at the best of times, difficult. This staff has done marvelously. I reckon I've run through about all of them at one time or another over the last two decades and they've all been very kind. Well, there was that one nasty front desk lady about ten years ago, but she only lasted a wee bit. Anyway, I'm late just about each month, so I regularly get nice reminder emails or phone calls. They know me by first name and they've all perfected the art of not sighing in exasperation when I call. What I remember best, is the one time I did have a fender bender, the first thing said, in all sincerity was " Are you ok?" I'll always keep them. That lady meant that and I felt it. Nothing beats that feeling when you've just had a wreck. It was also a good feeling when one of those inexhaustible insurance people called and I humored him and he went over everything, only to finish and give me some exorbitant figure. I told him what I paid. He stammered around and said he couldn't find that anywhere, I'd best stay where I was. I informed him I didn't call him. Parish Lowrie State Farm rocks.

We recently moved to Jasper, and transferred our coverage to the local office. Tina was great to work with, and helped us make some change to our policies. It was a very nice experience, when so many these days are not.
