This particular visit was really good. The young lady at the counter quickly asked how she could help? Then she guided me to the shelf and suggested a product, and let me to consider. At the register the young man asked if I was in the system? I hinted I was not interested in giving my info, and he asked no more questions. I paid and left. And that's the kind of store visit I like. Best of all, the product was fantastic - did the job very well

I came in thinking I was going to have to go through circles to get my car fixed. With the help and advice from the gm Alberto Cabrera he gave me such a relief. I passed 2 different advance autos to get a specific item i needed i will definitely be coming back to this specific advance auto for all of my problems. I will gladly drive the extra few miles to get this service again!

Had the part I needed in stock and was able to order ahead so it was ready when I got there. In and out in less than five minutes, have to say I was quite happy with that!

Imagine the terror. Smack in the middle of Christmas my battery dies and my car won’t start. I had just replaced this battery 5 months earlier. Advance to the rescue! They swapped out the battery in just a few short minutes and I was on my way. Excellent service!

This store has good hours. Fernando is very nice, and really helped me with getting a new battery installed when I was in a difficult situation. Thanks again.

Brian was super helpful. We needed a new battery. The installation was quick, and they answered all questions. Brian was patient and efficient. Hopefully we don't have to come back but if we do we have no doubt we'll get the excellent service we did today. In and out in less than 10 mins

Albert in store #6710 really knows about putting customers first. My car battery was dead and we took it to Advanced Auto at another location that was closer to us. The battery was still under warranty but the battery tester at the location in Norcross was broken so the manager there was not wanting to honor the warranty. I called the location in Duluth, where we purchased the battery and was helped by Albert. He was able to talk to the manager on the phone and get everything straightened out so that I would not have to drive back to Duluth. He was kind and extremely easy to work with. He really went the extra mile and we will be back to his store again. Great job, Albert!

I came into the store because my car was overheating, and I had no idea how to fix this issue but Ms. Rannie was so polite and there was a middle aged white gentleman that helped me locate my coolant reservoir as well. I absolutely appreciate them for their stellar customer service. A little bit always goes a long way.

Me and my friend needed a desperate battery swap and we didn't have the tools to do it. We got a worker named Lindsey to do the replacement for us and she did it very well and quick. It was also pouring rain so the fact that she did it for us showed unyielding determination. It's also very clear this establishment has a very good manager who cares for his workers. I say this because he scolded me and my friend (2 dudes) for asking this young woman to replace our battery for us, in the pouring rain, which is understandable.

I dropped off a UPS package here today and realized I had left my id/ss in a pocket of what I had returned! Alberto went above and beyond customer service to help me! My package had been picked up by a UPS Driver and he reached out to them and they came back and I was able to get my stuff back. Thank you Alberto and to the UPS driver. You are both amazing humans :)!!!

I went into the actual store today to exchange some windshield wiper blades I had ordered online for my car & the customer service completely blew me away. Mr. Alberto & Mr. Vern are gems!!!! Mr. Alberto went above and beyond to not only make sure I had the right part for me vehicle but he put them on for me with such joy & a beautiful smile! Needed a new AGM battery for my aging car. Found what I needed on their website, called the store, and had a new car battery installed in less than an hour. Great place to shop for any vehicle -related needs.

This is the worst store in the gwinnett area I have come here 3 separate times and the associates especially fannie has no clue what there doing. I came in to get a warranty on a battery she told me batteries expire after 6 months and she wouldn't even look up my account I went to the next nearest store and they helped me no problem. This morning I went in to get a belt and i was told to go look on ebay she cant help.me match a belt that they were to many to look threw so I went across the street to autozone and had the belt in 2 minutes . This is the 3rd strike I'm out I'll never use or refer to this store again.need to train better or hire knowledgeable people
