Place is getting remodeled but even then, I must say it's very clean. Restrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Staff was welcoming and apologetic for the disarray. Taco Bell is closed due to remodeling.

Great Tallapoosa, Ga Location. Very Clean-Inside & Outside. Clean-Stocked Fuel Isles. Store Is Very Well Stocked W/Anything & Everything You Could Possibly Want Or Need-Hot Or Cold Food/Snacks Or Drinks. Has A Taco Bell As Well.. Employees Are GREAT! Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional.

This pilot is excellent! Great place to do a reset. Down the street from the Honda plant. Clean showered great customer service!! Great!! BBQ place near by Dairy QUEEN ALall in walking distance. What more can a driver want

The customer service here was EXCEPTIONAL!! What began as a pit stop became a 3-hour fiasco because my fiancé dropped the oil cap lol. Thank you to Tyler for going above and beyond to assist my family. He noticed something was wrong, asked if we needed any help, and did his best to assist in any way he could. Tyler was super helpful and very resourceful. Even went out of his way to check on us while we waited for the roadside to come and ensured all was well before we left. Tyler was truly the best! Everything was clean and well-kept. All the store associates were so friendly and eager to help. What could have been a damper on our family road trip was turned around thanks to the help of Tyler!

After waiting for a few minutes for a shower (not uncommon), an employee apologized for the wait due to a situation involving law enforcement. I understood. This employee went in and cleaned the shower in less than 2 minutes, and to my surprise it was one of the cleanest showers I've had at any Pilot/Flying J.

Corporate, if you're reading this — Brandon needs some recognition for doing a great job here.

You can buy just about anything you need to put on your trucks big trucks you're big Riggs.

DO NOT USE THE TOP DRYER, it is weak and you will have to run it again. The bottom dryer works great! It will darn near start a fire. The washer works fine, just used them today 1/26/23.

Good place to stop for a break when traveling. Clean restrooms generally. Plenty of snacks & drinks. My pickup truck has a diesel engine so I go through the big truck lines to buy DEF in bulk (instead of the boxes).

Cannot praise the new manager Emily enough. Being a regular I have seen tremendous change in this store in such a quick time. She greets all of her customers like family. I will continue to spend my money here with changes like this. She is a wonderful face of Pilot. Great pick corporate.

The staff was wonderful. From the cashiers and Subway!!!!

Stopped here for KFC on 1/25/22 and was not disappointed. Customer service from Denise in KFC was exceptional!! She was super friendly and helpful...she really deserves a HUGE raise!!
I wish all employees had her fabulous disposition!! 😁

Ended up having to spend a weekend here to reset some hours and was glad I did. The restrooms were some of the cleanest I've seen and the showers were awesome. They have a taco bell and KFC in there which was nice and tasty. Never had taco bell breakfast before but it was good and I'll definitely eat it again. Went to the Dairy Queen up the road once and will never go back.

Clean facility, very busy but they get you in and out. Great rest stop, they have lines because they are the best all in one stop in tallapoosa.

SOMEONE COME RESCUE THE TWO NICE DOGS IN RHE PARKING LOT VERY FRIENDLY DONT WANT THEM GETTING RAN OVER

Great place for a pit stop during a road trip. Great customer service, fresh coffee, clean restrooms, lots of different snacks to choose. Windshield cleaner tubs were filled and ready for use.

Gotta say best Pilot I've 34'd at. Clean friendly lot not trashy. Huge lot that anybody could park in (and best of all) not one single truck "created" a parking spot in the huge empty space in the middle of the lot. Couple good places to eat within walking distance

I loved the KFC here. The chicken was excellent.
I appreciate that the women behind the counter were a little distracted and were slow with the order, but they made it up with an extra side, and a cookie!

Loved it and will be back.

First Pilot Ive been to with a KFC/TacoBell. Store and showers are very clean. Parking lot for 18wheelers is spacious. You can move around easily but get there early lot fill up fast. GREAT STOP👍👍👍

Great travels Store. Buy keepsakes, gifts, gas food. Maps travel guides. Great food, snacks, and clean rest rooms. I like it because it on the main road with high traffic and not away from main express ways.
