By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was just on the hunt for something new because the vehicle I was in at the time was about to be done. I dealt with Cobi and he made the process so smooth and easy. Typically you try to make the dealer an offer they can’t refuse. Total opposite in this case. They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Definitely glad I stopped by to just “look”. Thanks Cobi and all the staff that made it happen for me!!

My experience with this car lot was great at the end. The timing it took to get a new car was alittle slow with no information about financing. Communication was not the best , but seemed liked the bank would not give the guys any information. So that was pretty frustrating. I also did not like how they did not have E signature available for anyone . That would of helped with the process. Overall experience was great. The guys in there like to laugh and joke which was awesome . They all had a great sense of humor. We live two hours away , we got to the lot at 8:30 and we where home by 12:45. After we got the approval, the guys worked fast and got us quickly on the road. We have troubled credit and they definitely worked with us . Kudos to everyone that works there. No to mention my sales guy Isaiah, he was sweet and it was his first week , his first sale. Great job Isaiah. Mike the manager keep doing what your doing. So if you have troubled credit , come here and buy a car, just be patient the wait and paperwork is worth it. I will definitely be back for another purchase in 2 years.

Had a great experience at Travers Motor City. I dealt with Blake Harper all week and wasn't really sure on a jeep I wanted. He sent me pictures and kept in touch. I done the application online so it went a lot faster. Then on Saturday I made an appointment to test drive one. The one I picked out wasn't the one for me so we found a different one. Blake was patient, understanding and was genuine through out the whole process. There was no one at the service shop that day, but he sent me home in a different jeep and delivered mine to me on Monday. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is my third truck I have bought through Travers for my business. Cobi at Travers makes things seamless and very easy. He takes out of the anxiety and the used car salesman variable from buying a vehicle. From start to finish easy going and no pressure. 5 stars isn’t enough. 10 stars all day. I just traded my car in a year ago at Travers Motor City. My car now is a blue Nissan Rogue. I love this vehicle. I have had no problems and everyone at Travers was extremely nice. Blake Harper was the salesman I bought the car from and I explained what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He told me to come there and check out a few cars that met my description. He killed it. He put me in exactly what I was looking for. I don't know much about vehicles but the car he chose met my families needs and also a vehicle that met my financial needs. I would highly recommend others to visit Travers Motor City and talk to Blake.

I got into an accident recently and needed a car quick to travel back and forth to work. I seen a billboard on the side of the road for Travers Motor City. The car salesmans name was Blake Harper. I called up there and they directed my call to him. It was his day off and I told him my story about my wreck. A long story short, he picked me up at my house and drove me up to Travers. I had came in with hopes on getting a new car, since my vehicle gags went bad on me that morning. Upon entry of the building I was greeted by Mercedes. Mercedes was clean and very professional speaking and professionally dressed with nothing but the intention of helping me. Mercedes was able to get me a cat that same day with great payments.
