What a wonderful food experience. This is a must stop on your next food adventure trip. We loved everything about it. Everything was delicious. The flavors were layered in every dish we ate, and we found ourselves using the menu as a guide to our fresh food experience. The owners were on site to maintain the integrity of their restaurant. This was by far the best meal of our thirtieth year anniversary food travel trip.

More than a 5 star rating! Celebrated a birthday dinner at Harvest Habersham & couldn’t have had a better experience in all of Georgia! From the chilled champagne waiting to the fresh baked corn bread to the delicious meatball lettuce wraps to our main entrees .. every bite was something to remember!! Absolutely delicious in every way!! Service impeccable!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvest Habersham, a hidden gem tucked away in the mountains of Georgia. Located at 2220 Georgia Highway 17 in Sautee, this quaint and small dinner spot exceeded all expectations and left me truly amazed. As soon as I stepped foot into Harvest Habersham, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The small, old crafted home added a touch of charm and character to the dining experience. It felt like stepping into a cozy haven, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What truly sets Harvest Habersham apart is their commitment to sourcing ingredients directly from local farmers, foragers, and fishermen. The result is a menu that changes daily, offering one-of-a-kind meals that showcase the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. As someone with gluten sensitivities, I was thrilled to discover that they offer a generous number of gluten-free options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their culinary delights. Behind the scenes, a one-man show runs the kitchen, and let me tell you, he is doing a fabulous job. The chef's passion and skill shine through in every dish that is served. The food at Harvest Habersham is nothing short of exquisite. From the first bite to the last, each dish is a masterpiece, carefully crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I had the pleasure of visiting Harvest Habersham as part of my partner's birthday celebration weekend, and it was truly a memorable experience. The moment we sat down, we were greeted with impeccable service and a sense of tranquility that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the dining experience. My partner was blown away by the exceptional food, and I couldn't agree more. If you're looking for a place to escape the noise and find peace and quiet, while indulging in phenomenal food, Harvest Habersham is the place to be. The combination of the serene mountain setting, the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the outstanding culinary creations make it a destination worth visiting. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Hidden gem! It was our last night here and I thank God we found this place! I’m a foodie and make my travels based around my food. This place is a 100/10 was one of the only true upscale restaurants near us! Make a reservation today!

We’d been wanting to dine here since before COVID, then they moved to a new location, and it took a while to be completed – it was worth the wait. It was truly an outstanding meal. Every dish was prepared with a variety of local vegetables, fruits, and herbs that complemented each other beautifully….many grown in their garden out back. A shout out to Laura who is the gardener, hostess and a waitress (maybe owner/manager too?). She took time to come out back and show us the unique Ground Cherries that were in one of our salads – delectable, sweet tiny cherries that I’ve never had.

The meal. We had three small plates, entrees and shared a dessert. The small plates were gazpacho (bad lighting on the photo but it is tomato colored), an amazing fruit salad (could have been dessert too) and a chopped vegetable spread with delicious fried squash blossoms (no photo but it was exceptional). Husband had their smoked fish stuffed in a Rondo squash sitting on veggies. I had the Red Snapper atop chanterelles and some veggies. Dessert was an individually made blackberry-rhubarb cobbler, worth the wait for a fresh-baked dish. Lovely friendly service.

Folks they are 90 minutes outside of Atlanta up 85 north towards Helen. The town is small, and everything closes at 5:00P…not much to do there anyway. I do wish they were closer to the city because we would be regulars.

Take some time and drive up there, reservations only. 100% they should be in the Michelin Guide to Georgia!

Everything was wonderful. One of the best dining experiences my husband and I have enjoyed in quite a while. Laura is helpful and knowledgeable and Chef Chris is a true magician with local ingredients. We can't wait to come back for another visit in the future.

Could not have dreamt of a better last dinner in Sautee Nacoochee than here at Harvest Habersham. The entire team was incredibly kind, hospitable, warm, and helpful here. The service was impeccable! We were taken care of so wonderfully! They were even so gracious in accommodating my lactose deficiency that I didn't feel I was missing out. And the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was gloriously fresh and supportive of local farms as much as possible. As my husband said, "There is no way to substitute fresh ingredients".

We started with delightful cocktails, summer squash and ground cherry salad and grilled peach, then dove into the grilled ronde de nice squash and cornmeal dusted trout accompanied by a lovely wine (my husband was quite thrilled with the recommended pairing), and ended with coffee, buttermilk panna cotta and cashew chocolate crazy cake. Truthfully, we were VERY full from the small and large plates, but because everything was outstandingly scrumptious, we beseeched our stomachs to take one for the team and proceeded to order desserts. We could not resist nor were we disappointed at all. We did not regret feeling like we wanted to roll ourselves to the car afterwards. Every bite was worth it.

What a beautiful, warm establishment! Apologies for the pictures that do not do the food justice. The small plates were so delectable that we forgot to take pictures before diving in. We did manage to resolve to at least document the large plates. We are now seriously considering visiting Sautee Nacoochee for every season to experience the seasonal offerings.

P.S. Google Review only offers a few of the dishes as options to recommend. If Google Reviews made the menu items available as recommended options, I would sincerely select every single item to recommend.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had - food is so fresh, incredibly thoughtful. Service is excellent. Drinks are delightful. Reservations a must.

Went on 12/2/23. I had written a review, but don't why it was not saved. I had to write it again, since this restaurant deserves to be noticed and recognized for its excellent menu and service!! We love"farm to table" type of restaurants and try to eat at them everywhere we go, and this place did not disappoint! YES, reservation is required!! There are so many bad reviews about not getting seated for walk-ins and it's bringing their rating down. You should not rate a restaurant for something that is your fault! Anyway, we were tired of all the German restuarants in Helen, and was lucky enough to get a reservation for 8p when we called on Thursday. First off we were told that their menu changes (I believe weekly), but they always have their cornbread. This cornbread is AMAZING which is why it is constant menu item. It had a little kick to it. We also ordered lettuce wrap, roasted redfish, duck leg confit, and cobbler for dessert. Unfortunately , did not take pictures as 8p was a little late for dinner so we were too hungry to take pictures, lol. EVERYTHING, I mean everything was delicious and perfect for our palate. Did not have any complaints - actually there is 1 complaint. It should be open everyday :). If it was we would've booked again for Sunday. A Michelin star should be thrown at them!! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

My husband took me to Harvest Habersham for my birthday because it is my favorite restaurant! As always, the service is impeccable, the wine selection is wonderful, the food is devine and Chef Chris is so creative!! This was our first time at their new location in Sautee Nacoochee and I must say we really love it - light, airy, and fresh! Now they have a deck too!! I'm posting pictures and one of that night's menu, but the menu changes frequently so it won't be the same as I am posting. When you go, make sure to get the cornbread - it is so good! We both ordered the Tri Tip and it was so very delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff here really do shine! They are friendly, attentive and helpful. They are amazing!!

Harvest Habersham is a GEM amongst restaurants everywhere! We have dined at some of the best, and we would drive out of our way to come back here! The owners love what they do, put a lot of heart into their work, and every bite sings!

Wonderful little place surrounded by big shade trees, with raised beds growing a portion of your meal right in the field behind it. Food was perfect, service top notch.

Hands down, the very best food in the county. Dishes are lovingly prepared, plated and served. The atmosphere is romantic but casual. They require reservations, so make one and go eat a meal that you'll still be thinking about months later.

We took my sister-in-law there for her birthday we have been there before and as always the food is Always Chef cuisine at its best The flavors are always on point their menu changes everyday farm to table fresh I love the setting the views of the north east Georgia rolling hills . I myself am a local and grew up here and I tell you it doesn't get any better.

This chef shows the world what farm to table should represent. The farms are local to the ga mountains the herbs are local to the restaurant back yard and the flavors just shine. I have followed this chef from the prior location for a reason - wonderful food, spectacular food, food you expect from a michstar in a big city. The wife and husband team here are worthy of praise. You could plan a vacation around this restaurant, it's THAT good.

We just moved to the area and I have had this place on my list to try. It is easily one of my favorite places I have eaten (in my life). The food and service were absolutely perfect. I love farm to table and appreciate the local support. We are definitely going to be regulars!

The food and drinks were exquisite. Some of the best food I've eaten in years. The staff and chefs clearly have a lot.of passion for their craft. Will return to this place as often as I can.

Impressive array of dishes sourced with local ingredients. They have a wide variety of cocktails and a nice wine list. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.
