McDonald's

This McDonald's location is by far the greatest I've eaten at. Nancy(crew trainer) went above and beyond with customer service. She took the time to go over new menu items and specials and was extremely friendly throughout the encounter. I must say this McDonald's definitely has it going on here.

The lady that worked the drive thru was the best. She was light-hearted and friendly while taking my order, and while I was just sitting at her window waiting for cars to move. They were short-handed. And while we were waiting (1-2) mins, there was another customer that came up to the 2nd window and demanded her money back because she said she had been waiting 30 mins. Not sure if she was exaggerating, but we were only there, maybe 5 from me pulling in to pulling out.

We stopped for lunch, bypassing the drive through and kiosks, ordering lunch from Betty at the register so we could eat lunch inside. Used the app for a BOGO free Big Mac, and added a large soda for a dollar. We love the app which hit us the BIGO free Big Mac. Betty was sweet and efficient.

We got our order quickly, and it was accurate. We sat at a booth. The whole inside was very nice - and clean. Even had hand sanitizers! But we used the clean bathrooms (one is unisex/family) to wash up.

Food was good. Hit the spot! I’ll fill out the survey so I can use my receipt next time for a free small McCafe beverage!

Toccoa Georgia McDonald's. Lady on the front register is always so negative and complaining all the time. It's getting where I don't like going there anymore. Life is depressing enough. Much less getting out spending my money to get in a upset mood over 1 person. Sorry

I’ve gone a couple times and every time I’m left very pleasant! Staff is always super friendly!!

The drive through at this restaurant is always busy, but the workers handle it really well. No complaints over the food or service. Keep up the good work!

I'm not sure what's the lady's name is that was working the pay window but she was not only as sweet as can be, but was also very helpful as far as explaining to me how to get the biggest bang for my buck.

Nice visit. Food was fresh and hot.
My granddaughter went into labor during our visit and hours later gave birth to our great granddaughter. No mcnugget bathroom born baby....she was born at NEGA. But her momma surely appreciated the nice time we had right beforehand 💕🍑😁

I haven't ordered a fish sandwich in years so it was a treat 2 days in a row
Service and price was very reasonable.

We ordered through drive thru around 7pm today (May 29th) and the lady running the food out deserves recognition. She made sure our order was correct and was so kind when we needed something. It’s so hard to find courteous service with fast food, but she nailed it. Thank you again!

I decided at the last minute to stop and glad I did. The atmosphere , service , and bacon cheeseburger and coffee were great. I was hoping for breakfast but it was past 1030.

Nothing spectacular but always consistent. Clean and freshly cooked.
Fish isn’t listed below but I usually only get filet of fish just because that’s my favorite.

Small town McDonald's nice atmosphere 👌

Went through the drive through at a very busy time during a staff shortage, and machines were malfunctioning. Despite all this the staff were patient and ready with alternative options. Fries were hot and crispy, quarter pounder looked like an ad. Seriously, it was the prettiest burger I’ve ever gotten from a fast food joint. Forgot to take a picture because it was also so good and I ate it quickly.

Kudos to the staff for pulling together and surpassing themselves in a difficult time.

They were very quick with a busy line, also having their food truck, along with that, my pregnant wife and I both had to pee from a long trip, and to continue the long trip. And even though they had already closed their lobby, they opened their doors so we could use the restroom. Thank you, McDonald's staff for the wonderful service.

They had 2 very long lines in the drive thru. They were fast, polite and not only was my order hot and fresh but it was correct as well. Good service, quick

Sufficient. Late night management top notch.

McChicken used to be $1, but now are $1.75 (too much). Best buy is Double cheese burger 2 for $3.50 (up from 2 for $3). Pretty soon no one will go for good buys. . . . McNuggets are made from chicken skin. . . Bet you did.not know that!
