Vineyard Creek Baptist Church

I was thinking about my parents and some of my family that I went to a reunion there, probably back in the late 60's or early 70's. I'm 68 yrs old now. I remember walking thru the cemetery...My last name is Drake..We were related to lots of people there... Brown, Kidd, Vaughn, King, Phelps, I certainly do remember there were some good cooks there... Would love to have some of that Brunswick stew.. I would like to thank all who have kept the church going..My parents and other up here in N C would have appreciated it too,..May God bless you abundantly.... Don Drake..

My ancestors are buried in the cemetery. The first time I visited I had a strange feeling that I've never forgotten. I know Ishmael Vineyard is keeping an eye on the place.The Church and grounds are beautiful btw.

The people that make up Vineyards Creek truly have become our family, I have laughed, cried, healed, and fallen in love with God’s people here. When you come and visit that is exactly what you are in for! We are on a mission to grow the FAMILY of God! We take the Great Commission seriously (Matthew 28:18-20) Go into the world and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! To say that I have been blessed here is an understatement! I once believed that I would never pastor again (have you ever done stupid? I have!!) come see what God is up to for yourself!

We visited for their Harvest Festival the day before Halloween. They had so many activities to do, and were the sweetest, friendliest people. They really want their community to know the love of Jesus and have a church home. The church building also happens to be on top of a hill with a beautiful view. There is a wheelchair ramp to the sanctuary and the other building looked accessible as well.

I love this church it is a great place to get close to God and praise him the people here make you feel like your home with your family that's how they make you feel.

Visited my mom and dad's grave. Nice place

My grandparents and great grandparents my aunts and uncles are buried there and I keep it all up. I love doing this for my family.
