The best experience throughout the years. Regardless if it was blues coat that needed to be let out or sewn in ,stripes changed, etc - she's done some impressive alterations within hours. Altered a blues coat several sizes in 2-3 hrs. Fixed a whole david's bridal dress when I melted a few holes in the front of it the night before wedding. She's the only alterations lady I've gone to cause she's been so good I've had no need to look further.

My husband only uses her for alterations. She’s the best in town when it comes to quality and quickness.

I dropped my pants off and the date I was given to pick them up, they were not ready. I had to come back. However, I was pleased the price and the quality was excellent. I would recommend if you live close to the business.

Extremely rude and beyond unprofessional. I was hung up on twice and on the third call I was told a manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow on a Sunday when they are closed, that makes a lot of sense. She couldn’t hear me when I was asking the question about a dress to be altered, but when I told her she was hanging up on me she could hear perfectly. She then said she couldn’t hear me and she had things to do. If you don’t want to work in your business and put in your best effort then you shouldn’t be there or find another suitable job. Not only all of this on the second call I was asked “who is this” then hung up on.

I dropped off an entire set of blues to be tailored and they stole my pants. They refused to even look for them or compensate. They were also extremely rude about it insisting they did no wrong.

They say they open at 9am but I was there waiting until 9:30 before I gave up and left. There was no notice posted anywhere indicating that they were going to be closed .
