Great place to live. Love the owners

Easy in, easy out! Perfect for us over night. Close to the highway, but not noisy.

First of all, incredibly priced ! It’s so well kept. We have a 36 class A . I’m very afraid to ride any tight spaces. Honestly if we are not on a four lane road , I’m afraid! Lol. My husband didn’t have any issues driving thru the park. Others have claimed they did. He did not, and said it was very easy and he loved the park and our spot. It’s a small park with a lot of full timers. I was surprised of how nice the little parked looked. I would live here! It’s clean and quiet . I believe the owner keeps it like that. She is a good to the core Christian lady who was amazingly sweet to us. The park is right off the highway! Because of price , cleanliness, owner, and how well kept the little park is. I give it a 10!

Staying at the Big Oak campground has been a very nice experience. The campground is very well kept and the owner very friendly and helpful. The campers are for the most part mature in age and have been quiet and respectful of others. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

The owner was so so helpful in ensuring we were taken care of. Not fancy, but very clean and peaceful. We stopped for the night and will positively stay here again in the future.

Very quiet place always very clean and very beautiful the owner is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Great monthly rates I highly recommend people who are wanting longtime stays come here.

Been here since October and love it. I have a long term spot near the back and it is nice and quiet with great neighbors.

Owner is an elderly lady, but she keeps it very nice. It's quite, clean. Awesome place to stay.

I moved here Dec 2014 moved away Sept. 2016, I moved back March 2017 great place Owner is very nice lady, she keeps the grounds in excellent shape, doesn't allow any trouble makers, very quit neighbors, convenient to I- 20, restaurants & stores, I plan on being here permanently

The owner is so friendly and she keeps a very clean place. I have always seen her out working on the grounds. If you are looking for a place where you can park your rv this is the place.

Great place to ride. Large variety of trails from easy to very hard. Practice tracks and PeeWee tracks for kids.

A little bit of country ,peace and tranquility at cheaper rates than the other rv parks. Ms. Marylin keeps the place beautiful year round

I'm still here had a small issue and the owner was on it Johnny on the spot I've been to places where the owners think you should worship them and this campground is nothing at all like that love this place owner is 100% kind caring and thankful for the business she revives
