Cafe Blue

My husband and I went out to brunch for Mother's Day and found our new favorite brunch spot! The service is super welcoming and comfortable. We ordered at the register and sat out outside, where the food and drinks were brought in a timely manner. The fries were absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection. We also enjoyed the French toast sticks which were crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside- topped with a gentle powdering of sugar. The mimosas were phenomal- not to mention very pretty. The service was homey and kind. I highly recommend this establishment for a delicious, aesthetically pleasing, and filling meal. Thank you to the staff at Cafe Blue, we will definitely return to try more of your main dishes when we are craving brunch. 🍹

I was visiting my daughter for Mother’s Day weekend and wanted to grab a bite before heading home. Did a quick Google search for brunch spots nearby. Café Blue was the second option that popped up and was impressed with the online menu. Surprised they were not busy when we arrived but I saw that they’re usually not open on Sundays. The lady that was there welcomed us in and took our order. I got the fried flounder & shrimp basket and my daughter got the chicken and waffle plate. Everything was made to order and was hot when the food reached our table. The music was great and the food was flavorful and seasoned well! It was plenty that I had to take mine with me. I didn’t get a pic of my food before diving in lol but I got one of my daughter’s plate. Definitely will a place to go when I come back.

Recently visited this charming cafe for brunch and was thoroughly impressed. The waffles were the perfect combination of fluffy on the inside and just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Paired with well-seasoned and crunchy chicken. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was also amazing. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone.

I love shrimp and grits, but have a hard time finding the dish without sausage. I was happy to stumble upon this place who doesn’t use sausage in their recipe :) The food was so delicious and fresh, hot from the kitchen. It was very flavorful, sooo good.

Seems to be a start up establishment. Environment was clean and temperature was comfortable. Food was fresh and tasty 😋. Service was professional. Only one person working at the time of my visit but she handled everything adequately. I just wish the hours of operation were open a bit longer. I'd love to make this a stop after work and have a bite to eat before getting home. Unfortunately, at this time it seems as if they're only serving wine as far as alcoholic beverages. Had the shrimp basket and the shrimp and fish basket a bottled water and a coke $36 all together. Nice portions of food as well. Overall, I was surprisingly pleased as well as my co-worker. I would definitely visit again .🎉

Atlanta trip~My 1st visit to Cafe Blue was everything 💙The food was great, fresh and came out at the correct temperature 😁so happy to be able to dine at a charming Black owned establishment!

I'm so glad my husband and I stumbled upon Cafe Blue. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and they do it right! Presentation of the good is gorgeous, atmosphere is pleasant and well decorated. Food was exactly what I was hoping for.

My only complaint (not worth removing a star) is that we were given plastic silverware which was a bit flimsy for cutting into pancakes and sausage.

All in all I'd definitely return when craving pancakes and don't want to cook them myself.

I’ve been eyeing this restaurant for the longest. Finally ordered and I was so happy I did!!!! Shrimp and grits were delicious!!! Fried white flounder was fried to perfection!!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s from A GREATFULL STORE!!! Go to the “CAFE BLUE” you will not be disappointed 🤗

A true hidden gem. I was having work done at Discount Tire and saw this Cafe across the way. We ordered the shrimp and grits and fried fish. We also had the cheese sticks and buffalo shrimp as an appetizer. Everything came out quickly and the food was great. I would place the shrimp and grits at the top 5 locally(Atlanta, GA) and the fish flavor was something we had never tasted. The flavor of the fish was lightly lemony and lightly breaded. We will be back and don't take my word for it. Try it yourself and let me know.

Some of the best fried fish and grits I have had. The fish was pollack and had just the right of spice in the batter for great flavor. The grits were also well seasoned and served hot. The mozzarella sticks were typical but the Buffalo shrimp basket was really enjoyable. I was told the shrimp and grits were also awesome.

The food was amazing! We came for brunch and we had chicken and waffle as well as pancakes. Nice sized portions. The only negative is the small plastic utensils and the air freshers were a lot for ME. BUT we will definitely be putting Cafe Blue on our rotation of great places to eat in our area.

I always order the shrimp n grits and I'm never disappointed. This black owned establishment offers great food and the service was great. The place is a little small, but the space would be great for small gatherings. They also offer a flight of mimosas which I hope to try one day. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m talking to food is GOOD GOOD! My daughter found the place and we have been hooked. I know the lady is tired of seeing me and I’m about to gain a few pubs because is so good. I love the black girl magic theme and I love to see my people in business and provide good food with great service. YOU GO GIRL!

Finally got to try this place out ! They were open on Friday afternoon and we decided to drop in. The decor & atmosphere needs improvement, a lot of empty space, the food was delicious and glad to see the restaurant was black owned. The lady took our order as well as cooked up our meal and a few Togo orders, she was definitely doing her thing! My husband and I both ordered the catfish w/ cheese grits & a side of eggs.

What a hidden gem. I don't live in the area but my son had a soccer game nearby. The food was AMAZING. I saw them hand batter the fish and shrimp. My husband doesn't like to order seafood unless we're near an ocean but even he said it was incredible. Perfect seasoning and so well cooked. We will come back to the area just for this.

I can't say enough good things about how amazing the food is here. The first night my wife and I tried it on a whim, it was so good we went back for lunch the next day. Fish and grits, chicken and grits, chicken and waffles, all of it was crazy delicious. You won't be disappointed at all!

Everything was amazing me and my mom really enjoyed the Shrimp and grits and I also got the buffalo chicken wrap and that was good too! We’re definitely coming back!

Oh my God.
The food was sooooo good. The music was good. The place was nice and cleannnn! I must say, the mimosa flight got me right and my Salmon Berry salad was everything! I’m definitely going back.

Me and my wife came here for an early afternoon dinner and the food was amazing. It wasnt busy but definitely had a really nice vibe. The food was delicious, my wife and the shrimp and grits and I had the fish and grits. We also really enjoyed the memosa flights!! Highly recommend this place if you're in the area or want a nice low key chill spot with good food and a good vibe.

OMG! This food is amazing. Cheesy grits and flounder, wow.
I wish I lived in Georgia but I'm only visiting. Take advantage of this gem if you live here.
