Rock Fitness Center

I moved to West Palm Beach about six months ago, from Houston Texas. I was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor back in my hometown. And ever since I’ve moved here, I’ve been trying to look for a gym that was similar to the vibes of the gyms I went to back in Texas. I ultimately was not able to find a single gym that I liked. That was until I tried out rock fitness. This gym is the absolute best in West Palm And so far the staff and environment has been excellent. I couldn’t recommend this gym more, and I REALLY appreciate Kameron At the front desk for helping me out, and kickstarting my membership. :)))

An ATHLETES DREAM COME TRUE.

Ever since they moved to the 2223 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, the space has quadrupled in size! Way more machines, aerobic room, sled track, punching bag, lots of cardio machines, dumbbell from 5 -120 lbs. This a great gym for an avid lifter to a beginner, it does not MATTER. This gym has it ALL. Props to the owner Jason for bringing such a great gym locally that is not overhyped and stereotyped. I have been working out at this place atleast 4 times a week and a small piece of my heart is at this gym. LOVE IT! It is very well priced and well worth the money.

Really good gym. Has a very old school feel to it which I love. They have some really great body building style machines. Also during peak hours not overcrowded with tons of people. Great environment if you are serious about working out and not just looking for swimming pool and a sauna. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome GYM!! Just what the area needed. A place where serious lifters and casual gym rats can co-exist. The machines/equiptment is always clean and the all of the members are all very friendly. Training staff really help me jump start my life change. High energy with a great atmosphere.

Can’t find a better gym around for this price. Very well stocked considering the smaller square footage. Great atmosphere that encourages you to push yourself during workouts. Amicable staff always willing to help out.

Relocated and needed to find a gym, we checked out Rock Fitness and automatically felt right at home. Owner was very friendly and generous with his hospitality! Very happy being a member of Rock Fitness!

This one of the best gyms I have worked out at. The gym has really great machines and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. The owner Rock couldn't be nicer and runs a truly great facility. Very happy with my experience so far.

Love this gym, the atmosphere is perfect every one is there to put in work. Small enough gym that it feels private but big enough to feel the energy in the room. Love this gym. My family all go to Rock fitness.

I love this gym. There is everything you need to work out and its never too crowded. Everyone is respectfull, and put their weights back, which is nice for other people and change from some other gyms. The management is friendly. And the location is very convenient 👍

Love this gym. Been with them since they were in the Publix village plaza location. Clean and solid equipment. There are unfortunately a couple of broken machines however there is enough other equipment to get a great full body workout. Would highly recommend this gym.

Update 7/18/23
Since I've posted this ownership has fixed most of the machines, besides one of the Stairmaster machines. Also the added one more New Leg/Glute machine.

I have been a member of Rock Fitness (and personal training client) at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd for 1.5 years. I could not give a higher recommendation to my incredible trainer Kevin Mendez who has not only helped me transform my body, but has also made working out something I look forward to every day. Kevin helps me establish my goals and creates an environment for me to achieve them safely. Rock Fitness is clean, laid out thoughtfully, and very well organized (weights are racked where they're supposed to be). Staff and members are friendly and helpful. The gym never really feels too busy, unless you go in early evening (5-7pm). Since I work out with a trainer, I don't usually wear headphones to the gym, so I appreciate the playlist, but sometimes I wish it were a little louder, like other gyms I've visited. It would also be great if they had a sauna. Overall A+

I love this gym. Large variety of equipment all kept in perfect condition. The owner really cares about the members. He’s always around talking to members encouraging them in their workouts and recognizing their success. Probably the best gym I have ever been part of.

Having been a member of several well-known gyms in the past, I can attest that RockFitness stands out as the top gym in Palm Beach. The unique atmosphere at RockFitness, characterized by its black interior, provides a sense of intimacy that inspires me to stay focused on my fitness goals, rather than feeling self-conscious about my surroundings. I genuinely enjoy my time at RockFitness and the group classes that are offered - especially yoga with Julia!

Rock Fitness has everything you could want in a gym. Very clean, great staff and great equipment. Gym culture is great, just people wanting to work out. Not showy at all or influencers. Great hours as well.

Great gym.. everyone in there is very respectful and I can always find something available to work out on. Great for people like me who enjoy an early morning gym session too.

Great gym, great staff. Shouts out to my early morning crew. Dave’s always there with the doors open at 5am, tunes playing, ready for us early folks to get a pump in.

I am very happy with Rock I think they have the best workout equipment and I love the fact that they have metal weights everyone there is there to put I hard work not like LA fitness, also the staff does a great job keeping the place clean and there equipment looks like it gets serviced. I hope they put a sauna in the near future

I have been working out in this gym for about two years and I have no complaints or regrets so far. The staff is very respectful and nice. The members are very considerate and we all together keep the gym organized and clean mostly at all times. The equipment is in very good conditions and it has what we need to have a great workout, I wish I could go more often but my job requires a lot of my time, but when I have the chance to go, I know that it will be a great workout in a safe, friendly, and clean environment! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Love this gym cant say anything bad about it Jason the owner is there every day and will take time to talk to anyone about any questions clean bathrooms and great child care not to busy of a gym great vibes of hard work
