Hanni is the best groomer! So kind and professional. All my dogs go with her and they love her so much.

Zhouyi is an amazing groomer! She knows exactly how to safely groom my Pomsky, Maya, without ruining her coat/undercoat! She always looks ADORABLE! Woof Gang Dr Phillips also has THE sweetest and most helpful staff, they’re always accommodating and the way they treat their customers is a reflection of how well they treat their fur guests! I am so thankful I found this place and Zhouyi, and I know Maya is as well!

my charlie boy always looks AMAZING after his full service here. the staff is so friendly and helpful and kind. i was even late to pick up my dog and they were so understanding about it. this is charlie’s second haircut here and we absolutely love it. definitely a forever customer <3

Review for PAOLA- My Pomeranian has ‘show dog’ fur. Meaning, A LOT of fur. She can also be extremely timid. We’ve lived here off and on for the past 4 years and have lived and traveled on a bus the past 2. We get her groomed at least once a month, so we’ve seen a lot of groomers. My pup went right to Paola and the best part was she came out of the salon PERFECT. Exactly what we asked for. She looks amazing and probably one of the best grooms I’ve ever seen for my Sophie. Shout out to the other ladies at the front too. My hubby can be a little rough around the edges and they handled him well.

Kiwi and Spike always come visit Paola, she does a great job taking care of my babies and they are always excited to see her, that’s how you know they feel comfortable around her! Also, they are always caring and helpful at the front desk.

We have been going to this Dr. Phillips location for about 2 years now. Our family really does appreciate our experience here - with the owners, employees, and groomers! I would say the qualities at this location 1. They build a relationship. They were always very kind and professional. As time has gone by, the relationship has grown and I feel they have accommodated us and all our concerns with care. 2. Over the 2 years we have been there we have had "concerns"(not many). Since relationships are very rarely perfect all the time, I felt the way our concerns were handled spoke volumes! They took time to listen, were very kind, and addressed each and every concern. What more could you ask for?! 3. The groomers have always done a good job! Being 100%, I do feel they do not keep groomers for long periods of time (but as a fellow small business owner, I understand there are many factors here). Some of their groomers do AMAZING, others are good - but none have been bad. 4. We use them for weekly baths on our 3 baby boys - Lego, Taco, and Nacho. And once a month for grooming.

My Archie boy has been coming to Paola since his very first groom — we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! She always greets Archie with a smile, easing any of that Cavapoo anxiety, and proceeds to deliver an amazing grooming session every time. If you live in the Dr Phillips area, do your dog a favor and bring them to Woof Gang!

Great service!! Chris did an excellent job bathing and trimming my baby Gias nails. He was so patient with her because she was a little nervous going to a new place. I am so grateful they were able to squeeze her in without an appointment. Ally was very professional and so nice. Great place and great service. Thank you. I will definitely be going back. 😁👍👍👍

I was having a very hectic morning, running late for my appointment for my 2 dogs to get groomed. The two ladies at the front were amazing, kind professional and patient. The groomer came out and was very attentive to my dogs and asked if they needed and special treatments. This location was amazing! We will 100% be coming back. Upon pick up my dogs looked, smelt and felt amazing!!!! I didn’t catch anyones names but I’m am so grateful for them all!

I can’t say enough about Paola’s work as a groomer/stylist! As a nervous mother with a tiny puppy in for her first haircut; Paola put me at ease and did an amazing job with Lanci’s cut and nails! Paola was very gentle with Lanci and extremely patient with me (sorry for being indecisive, you handled it beautifully). Thank you!

I’ve been here twice for the grooming services and Mazee leaves smelling amazing with a clean shiny coat and a new bandana which she loves showing off! Very friendly and clean store!

I love this place!! I explained with details to Javni how I wanted my dog to looked. Not only she checked all the boxes but also understood my concern about my doggie’s hair. This place has become my go to when it comes to grooming. They are specialize and know what they are doing!!

The staff is wonderful here! They are so nice and professional. Took my golden retriever to get groomed and they did an amazing job. She smells so good and hasn’t felt this soft since she was a baby puppy. They also have such cute homemade dog treats and cookies that are always a hit. Will definitely be going back.
