The place is beautiful and in a great location. About 5 minutes feom wapmart and depending on traffic 5-20 to the boardwalk. The private beach is clean and they have canoes, paddleboard, umbrellas for rent. The only down is you can't bring a tent, canopies, or tarp to the beach.

A great spot for a couple of days or the whole week, right here in Destin. Everything you could want to do is within a few minutes. Newman-Dailey resort properties is an excellent host. I highly recommend them. We'll be back for sure 😊

Yall this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Two bedroom 2 bath condo with beach front view! Wow I was amazed on how clean this place is! This is the best place iv stayed in awhile! Thank yall for everything and going above and beyond

We stayed at JE1220 and it was absolutory amazing. Would 100% recommend! The private beach with crystal clear water was really enjoyable and it wasn't packed for it being August. Many restaurants and beach stores are around and you can order food to the room. Will be back for another enjoyable beach vacation :)

We had an amazing stay at Jade East 1720! The unit was 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms. The unit was modern, spacious, and the view was gorgeous! From time of booking, to checkin, to checkout was all great! I got several texts messages along the way to make our stay very enjoyable. We traveled with 2 teenage boys for Spring Break and they were blown away by the views! Everyone had their own privacy as well with all the space the Unit provided. Beach access was perfect, 2 parking spots, and the kitchen had everything we needed! This unit is amazing! We had soooo many people inquiring about where we were when we posted our photos and videos on social media! They wanted the exact unit number! We were highly satisfied and look forward to returning soon!

From the moment we opened the front door, the condo was amazing. Such a beautiful view of the ocean. Nicely decorated. The entire condo was immaculate and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that it had a washer/dyer off the kitchen. All appliances looked brand new. Large pool, always kept clean. We felt very safe with the gated front entrance. Grounds were beautiful and always clean. We love Destin and would definitely stay in room 1130 again. I will also add that we booked through Vacasa and would highly recommend them.

Very quiet and didn’t hear anyone in the other units.

We stayed in 1640 - we LOVED our condo. Amazing view, cute decorations, plenty of space for our group. The access to the beach we perfect. The ONLY issue we experienced during our week at Jade East was the elevators, sometimes they wouldn’t work. Seemed like maintenance was quick to come out and fix them when they were down though! We intend on staying again in the future!

My stay was just fan-tabulous! I feel like if your looking for a place to stay this building is your first choice especially if you are age 35+ and have a desire to see/enjoy the best views Destin has to offer! I was discouraged reading the reviews on this building, I feel it hasn’t gotten the recognition it deserves. The management & staff work very hard to clean up after customers who don’t have any respect for this building—that job is so very rough! There is live outdoor music once a week at the adjacent condos, not loud at all, and you can’t hear it from your rooms! The sun/umbrella chairs & private beach set up are truly extremely easy not to mention the feeling of security/privacy! If you experienced anything bad consider that the particular condo(s) were not kept up by the independent owner and/or a previous vrbo/airbnb destroyed it right before you! Try to find 5 star plus ratings before renting, they are each owned & independently sought after. The building itself doesn’t deserve the harsh reviews I’ve read! The elevators are very fast but may not be NYC high rise themed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the condo/building itself was immaculate, extremely clean! Every time we walked out during business hours we saw the staff working hard to keep the building in tip top shape! Enjoyed this building for the beach experience it was! #920

Jade East was absolutely a Beautiful property and resort. We came to Destin for our wedding. Intimate and Cozy was all I could think of. This property was more than I could dream of. The views are spectacular, and our particular condo 820 was gorgeous. What I most appreciated was that the property was clean and offered every amenity you could think of. My wedding was everything and more. I would definitely recommend Jade East as a property of choice in Destin. Did I mention the views were Phenominal .

We love everything about Jade East!! We always try to stay here, but we don't plan very far in advance, so we don't always get to stay here. It is on the pricier side, but we feel safe, the beach isn't as crowded as buildings with tons of units, the elevators are fast and the beach service guys are great. My boys give the gym a thumbs up, the pool is great, and views are phenomenal! It is also in the heart of Destin, so it's easy to get around. There is a Dunkin' Donuts directly in front of the gate for the coffee drinkers, and an Alvin's Island beside Dunkin' that I let the teenagers walk to without having to cross any roads or go too far. You can walk to the AMAZING Back Porch restaurant from the beach for dinner. Definitely recommend Jade East all day long!

Booked an apartment in Jade East Towers for a thanksgiving weekend with friends. Had a great experience and time in destin.
Place is wonderful, provides adequate space and amenities. Spa Jacuzzi, heated pool, gym, accessible shops like dunkin donuts, target, alvins island, waffle house, gas stations.
Booked it thorough ocean reef website. Costed around $1500 for 4 nights.

Great condo for family of 7. The views are amazing. Staff kept the property very clean. Definitely will be returning.

The entire property as a whole is amazing and clean. The private beach is right there and the staff keeps the property clean. They clean everyday and amazed at how they take pride in the property. Will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back to visit Destin.

Jade East is a beautifully maintained and well managed place to stay on the beach in Destin. While it is in a touristy location, it feels more like a home away from home. It has a great pool, friendly full service beach service, and nice amenities like working outdoor grills (both gas and charcoal), picnic tables, and an indoor gym.

Realize there are only 2 cleaners, they cant maintain 19 floors all day, they try their best. Give them a break. Y'all try cleaning those floors everyday, and try to maintain them. the people you see in the hallways arent the ones cleaning your rooms those are the common area cleaner, so yalls hallways and pool areas & bathrooms, grills, parking lots etc. If you have a problem with how the rooms are, you need to contact the person you are renting from. Because theres 2 different types of cleaners working.

Beautiful property with access to the beach. The pool, and other amenities made it a pleasure to stay and enjoy our vacation. Close to everything around Destin and Ft. Walton.
