The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami

Spent 4 days here and absolutely loved it! Service was out of this world! What do you expect from The Ritz-Carlton right! Ocean front king size room with the perfect view of the water (check out the pics). The room was very comfortable. Normally hotel beds/pillows leave me with neck pain and or back pain after a few days but not here. Comfortable... They cater to your every need. The beach was very clean, nice, and somewhat private like. Very enjoyable. From arrival to departure nothing but satisfaction! Will definitely return.

5 stars for the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service, stunning ocean views, and luxurious accommodations. The property is immaculately maintained, with lush grounds and a pristine private beach. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a heavenly bed and marble bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, from the friendly front desk to the attentive servers at the pool bar. The resort offers endless amenities, including a world-class spa, fitness center, and multiple dining options. We can't wait to return to this tropical paradise!

We were there for a wedding. I can tell you it was spectacular from the moment we stepped foot on the property to the moment we left. All of the people that were involved in the wedding did a fabulous job and the service was excellent.

The grounds and all the property were spotless clean and neat and then everything was in great working order.

The bar was great. I had a great Moscow mule. One of the best that I've had in the service was prompt

Cons:
Felt like a “normal” hotel. Didn’t necessarily have that wow-factor one would expect from THE RITZ.

Pros:
-beachfront access with free lounge chairs, umbrella, SPF sunscreen, and even free rental of kayak or paddle boards.
-excellent customer service
-resort style hotel with dining options on premises and two pools. You don’t have to leave to have fun.
-gym was better than most hotels, lots of useful equipment.

Great location and place to stay. Rooms need a bit of updating, but it's spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to an ocean front room, which is awesome and much appreciated! We received a very nice welcome gift for a celebration as well. Service and food are excellent.

This is a one of great luxury collection hotels as Marriott. They have a great location and party quait. Walking distance to beach and easy access. All hotel service was great and good costumer service. For sure this is a expensive hotel. But it's a good choice if you looking for luxury trip with your family. Their SPA and Massage was amazing to.

This resort exceeded our expectations with its numerous restaurants and bars, offering something for every taste like mexican, burgers, sushi and modern Mediterranean. The included amenities are exceptional: beach service, pool service, sauna and spa, photography, and breathtaking views!
The service is the best - friendly, attentive, and genuine.
From sunrise to sunset, there's something for everyone.
Even live music on the weekends.
The resort's attention to detail and top-notch service make it the perfect destination for a relaxing and memorable getaway. 5 stars isn't enough! 🌴🏖

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but I felt it was worth it on this one. We booked a family trip to the Ritz, and given the incredibly high room rates, I was very much expecting to be disappointed. The property is lovely. Service given the pricepoint and level of hotel was extremely friendly but a bit understaffed (I don't expect to call down to the front desk and only have the call answered 50% of the time at the Ritz Carlton when after taxes I'm paying $1k a night). Prices at the hotel for services and restaurants are really high, so go into it expecting some sticker shock. With that said, our final bill looked significantly lighter then I expected it to be, and they also gave a voluntary discount due to the TV not working right. Definitely left with a good feeling at the end of the trip.

I came here for my 30th birthday with my good friend and this was the perfect location for a low key & relaxing vacation.

I can’t help but highlight some extraordinary staff that really went above & beyond for us during our stay:

Stefan assisted us with our bags his bright smile and welcoming personality provided such an amazing first impression upon our arrival.

Sourabh was the utmost kind, considerate and compassionate front desk agent. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service with a smile and was by far one of the best front desk agents I had the pleasure of speaking with during my stay.

Casandra was another front desk agent who was able to handle a miscommunication with ease and kindness. I really appreciated her understanding and she was always greeting everyone with a bright smile.

Ali was a host at Lightkeepers who I called ahead of time to get a reservation. When she asked if I was celebrating any particular occasion, she was so kind to provide a surprise dessert after dinner with some delicious cookies. She was an absolute delight!

Mileisy was my waitress at Lightkeepers and she was very kind & knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recomendations! Such phenomenal food!

Pablo was a kind, caring & swift-to-act agent I spoke to when dialing the operator for ice, a mini fridge & microwave requests to my room. He was courteous, polite & always a delight to speak with.

Yanievyes & Carline were a welcoming team at the towel station by the adults only pool. They were attentive, kind & personable, always ensuring that unoccupied pool lounge chairs were clean & ready for the next guests.

Juan was my favorite pool side server! His attention to detail, impeccable service & remarkable personality was second to none! He is a great example of wonderful service!

And if you are a prospective guest— please go to Cantina & order a steak quesadilla! It was BY FAR my most favorite & flavorful lunches I had during my stay!

Staying at Key Biscayne was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait for another opportunity to come again.

Hotel and staff were so welcoming amazing! So secluded and beautiful but still can take a short cab ride over the bridge to Miami for the night life and restaurants, even though Key Biscayne does have many restaurants of its own. We stayed in the club level and Olivier, Mike, and Cameron were great!!

5th year coming to the KB Ritz. The consistency and quality of service is nothing short of exceptional! The staff is very attentive and go above and beyond, every time. Love the male spa, the adult pool, and the beach area! The male Spa attendant always provides the best costumer service. 10/10

It's such a fantastic hotel with fantastic service. The employees were the most hospitable and met every need we had. Every interaction I had with every employee left me impressed with how accommodating they were. The beds were super soft and comfortable. Loved having bathrobes in the room. The roses in the front entrance were beautiful. The turn down service was luxurious. The beach front of this hotel was lovely. Your resort fee covers two beach lounges and an umbrella. Ate the pizza and at the Mexican restaurant on site and they were good. I loved the splash pad area for our kids... it was their favorite. Zero entry pool was nice for the kids. The pool area had pool noodles and sunscreen and after sun cream, so that was convenient. The gym was excellent... it also had a studio for cycling or yoga or dance. The views from either side of the hotel were water... either ocean or intercostal way. The best was that this hotel has water for you at every turn and in every area... thank you for keeping guests hydrated.

Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.

We stayed here for a week nothing to complain about other than the bathroom needs some updates. Beautiful property, the beach is kind of private and not crowded. The front desk, valet parking attendants, the waiters and the house keepers they all wanted to be sure your stay is enjoyable definitely we will stay again I loved Key Biscayne it is kind of quiet and close to downtown and Miami Beach.

We went to the Ritz Carlton for Lunch at Dune Burgers on the Beach and it was absolutely breathtaking! The bar has amazing cocktails and the views are stunning.

I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time when we went back in the day!

Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Great drinks. The guy is an artist. One Love, as he says. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach.

DUNE burgers on the beach is located at the Ritz on the pool area. The service is top-notch, the food is delicious (especially after a swim under the sun), and the garden burger paired with a cold beer is a match made in heaven. The beach view is the cherry on top, offering a serene escape from the heat. It's a place that keeps me coming back for more since 2001!

This is a terrific spot to get away from the Miami crowds if you need a break. The island has been a bit overwhelmed with visitors over the past number of years but remains a respite from the hustle and bustle all over So Fla.

Super compassionate staff. I am disabled and have to use a wheelchair and a special cam walker cast on my leg. Half the time I feel like a prisoner of my own body. Visiting the Ritz makes me feel like a normal human. They made me feel so comfortable and included. The restaurant by the beach is amazing. Their quesadillas are delicious. Their beach is wheelchair friendly with a wooden path for the disabled. The waitresses at the beach are AMAZING. They helped me in and out of the water. I love going there. It makes me feel alive. The music is lovely. The pools are big. The kiddie water park is fabulous. The Rumbar has excellent decor for drinks and the main lobby has live music on Saturday evenings. Absolutely superb. They also have ADA rooms.
