Florida Hotel & Conference Center

I have been to this hotel before, so on returning I knew the experience that awaited me, and I was not disappointed. Right from the greeting when I arrived through to the departure the experience was exceptional. The room was clean, tidy, everything worked perfectly, just how it should do. I went there to attend a conference that was being hosted at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently attached to the shopping mall, and you have all those amenities awaiting you. There is absolutely no reason why I would not want to go back this hotel.

I felt secure. The parking lots have cameras as well.as security and an on site officer.
From the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile . The staff Vicmary and Nichi were very helpful throughout my stay.
I also enjoyed the convenience of the mall as well as eateries being nearby. Even housekeeping was amazing. I had a wonderful cozy stay. I will definitely be returning.

This was a fun place to stay because it was attached to the mall. The room was comfortable. The water pressure was great. I like there was no carpet on the flooring. It had luxury vinyl, which made it much more sanitary.

Great hotel and fantastic location with the mall at the entrance. Close to theme parks and places of interest. Fabulous staff that can’t do enough for you and always happy to help. Clean rooms with great facilities. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

Beautiful hotel. Very spacious, and the staff was very helpful (and some beautiful too). 20 minutes from universal, which was great. There was a bar downstairs, which thanked God cause I needed a drink. Overall, a great place to stay!

Every detail was perfect. The security of the parking lot to the quick service and clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing and I loved the lox especially. During a recent convention, no matter how much audio work the tech did he was unable to get quality audio from the sound system built in. Eventually they found and set up independent speakers that were so much better quality. This has been something I have noticed for the past 5 years in the same location. Please please please update your sound system.

I enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable, the food was great, and the gym was awesome. Being able to step directly into the mall was a nice bonus.

My daughter and I returned to this hotel in October for a dance convention. We love that the hotel has a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on site, as well as connection to the Florida Mall for many shopping and alternate food options. I also used the clean and well-maintained gym, and enjoyed the hot tub/pool area at night with our friends. Overall, hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, and we love forward to any future visits there!

I always stay at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.
The staff are friendly and kind, from reception to cleaning.

There's Marcelo's Bristro, which has a full breakfast and the attendants Olexys, Mirian and Lorena make the difference. There's a wonderful omelette from Migdalia.

And at night there is Cricket's, it has a very good menu and cold drinks with support from Daniel and Luisa

Really fancy, lovely, and wonderful place. Great customer service. Comfortable rooms. Really a great place for staying. Reasonable prices.

It is inside a big mall so it's very convenient, the rooms are good, except the housekeepers forgot to add any body wash, mouthwash, and soap products so make sure to bring your own.

Updated interiors. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great meeting rooms. Continental breakfast delicious. Awesome location next to mall shops. Hotel doors open to the mall.

Great location, close to the airport and attractions without being in the heart of everything. Wonderful rooms, pool area, restaurant and bar. Hotel staff and housekeeping were friendly and engaging, and made the stay all that much more comfortable. Secure key-card entry fenced parking area right in front of the hotel is super convenient, and the everything-you-can-need attached mall is as well. Just a pleasant stay with pleasant people and all your needs met in a short walk or drive.

Just attended a conference at this hotel. The hotel itself is not in a "terrific" part of town. However everything you need is easy to access.

The hotel is an "anchor store" to the mall and this mall is still thriving. Tons of great shops and eateries.

Everything closes at 8pm in the mall, but the hotel bar is open until 1am. So, if you're in a late night flight, they've got you covered!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was decent. The elevators are a bit loud and can get congested if there is a conference on site. So, plan for an extra few minutes.

The lady who checked us in, "De' something" had a bit of an aggressive attitude, but I just chocked it up to a full/busy day. We never dealt with her again and literally everyone else was so friendly and helpful. Front desk, bell staff, house keeping, bar tenders, servers... literally EVERYONE else. So nice, personable and friendly.

I'd definitely stay here again!

Was here for a conference. Everything was great, including cleanliness and service. Location is excellent, connected to large shopping mall and restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed drinks and a lite bite at Cricket's Lounge served by amazing staff! Very quick service and reasonable prices! The location has a great vibe enjoyed by business or pleasure travelers.

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I felt more secure needing a room card to access the elevator and pool. Being connected to the Florida Mall provides a great shopping and dining experience.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Clean environment, professional staff but not enough employees for the number of guest service needs.
Good parking, good security for personal affects. Great business services.
The only thing that needs improvement is the temperature control and selection of table linens for the meeting rooms.
