Chris and Nancy were the absolute best !! Extremely courteous and gave me a nice tour of the facility the customer service is satisfactory !! I would recommend this storage facility to my family and friends. The storage facility is very clean and up to date and I love the music they play in the facility while I store my belongings away. Great experience all together !!

I move some of my things into The Lock Up today. Chris was very helpful and made it simple.

Best experience I’ve had at a self storage place. The manager, Chris, was super nice and friendly and was extremely helpful. He helped me decide on a unit that would be right for me and he actually saved me money as well. I highly recommended this location!

The staff was extremely helpful while I was moving in. The ability to use the box truck that’s onsite was a game changer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure that we were happy with the unit we reserved and the price, before having us sign the paperwork. The free moving truck and included lock was great. We were so happy that they had a garage to pull into, because it started raining before we had completed unloading. They really made the whole experience easy.

I've only had my storage unit for a week, but so far everything has been great! I've interacted with John twice and his customer service skills are excellent. The facility is really nice too! There are other places that have bugs and mice. This place is clean, well lit, safe. They provide the locks and dollies and you can drive into the garage to unload. I could not be happier.

Beautiful new facility and very accommodating employees. My husband rented a unit here for his business inventory, and although unit was on second floor, the elevator access was convenient. I have 30 years experience in the storage industry and I have no problem recommending this facility. Thomas answered all the questions I threw at him when I visited the property before my husband rented. Great rates and the free lock is a nice amenity.
Update: wanted a larger unit, Chris ,the new manager was extremely helpful in getting us the size we wanted with a good price.

This place is truly awesome! Chris and Sarah are super friendly and they go above and beyond to assist you. When I was moving my stuff into the storage unit, my friend and I were struggling with the world’s heaviest mattress and Chris got up from his desk and helped us. I was shocked to say the least as that level of customer service is rare these days. Top notch customer service. Kudos

Self storage facilities are all much the same. With any business, it's the people that make it or break it. Chris at the Lockup in Fort Myers was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience of finding a place to store what we had left after Ian destroyed almost everything we owned a very good one. A great experience for sure. The person who took care of me was awesome and very professional. I'm sorry I can't remember his name!! Used their truck for FREE!! Anyone in need of storage in this area should start with The Lock Up. I'm work in the service industry and they take care of customers. Hard to find these days.

So far everything has been great and the people there have been very accommodating and explained everything about their storage facility and assisted in any way that they could to get things started. The storage facility is exceptional in cleanliness lighting and accessibility. The price is competitive with others in the area although I believe this facility to be much higher in standards because it is new as I understand 2 years here.

The Lock Up is great! It's easy to use, convenient locations, clean, professional help, secure and climate controlled! The first time registration was a breeze and included a tour of all areas we would use. I never thought we would rent storage, but happy wife happy life!

Wife & I moved to Boston - Fort Myers and needed a storage unit, after the horrible experience back home and searching all over for an affordable place we finally found the Lockup Storage. Chris was so inviting when we first walked in and made sure we knew all the details from pricing, sizing, and what best would fit our needs. Even when I needed a smaller dolly to move a heavier box Chris was such a big help. Always pleasant with a nice conversation to follow.

Excellent storage very clean well managed

Was very satisfied with the process to rent my unit at the College Pkwy location, which has just recent been erected. I was given a step by step explanation of door coding and the tour of seeing my very new and clean storage unit. Most of all I love the idea of being able to pull my car into the building to unload, out of the heat and rain. The loading carts are right there to load up and take the elevator to my floor.

Safe, Secure, Clean, and Accessible: Using this storage facility during my move has been so convenient. The location is easily accessible, and the garage bay makes it possible to move stuff in spite of the afternoon thunderstorms. Both Chris and Sarah have been very professional and helpful, accommodating my various requests. They have a moving truck available for use, as well as packing materials, and the facility is climate controlled, extremely clean, and highly secure.

I recommend this facility. We rented 2 units for a few months in-between houses while we waited for the new one to be built. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean! They play music in the halls. Secure with passcodes needed to access garage bay and elevators. Pricing was great too!

Very new! Process was very easy! Has pulley things to put heavy things on (forgot what there called). You can pull your car right up to the big doors for easy transfer. The employee working there was very friendly and helpful! The only thing that is slightly off is that it's kinda hard to get into the parking lot.

Store Manager Chris and Sarah are awesome! They we very generous and super helpful while my wife and I moved into our storage unit. I high recommend Lock-Up Storage!
