Publix Super Market at Lakeside Village Center

Ameena is the best person I have ever interacted with. My 5yo daughter hurt her arm and she gave her a bunch of stickers and coloring sheets and made her feel so much better. She is the embodiment of customer service and I hope she gets a raise, accolades, a promotion or ALL THREE. Thank you so much for being so kind in a world that often is not. You are simply wonderful ❤

Always great service from employees, prices are a little high compared to competitors, but you get what you pay for quality and service. Great produce.

Prices are typically higher but folks are always friendly and attentive, selection of gluten free seems to always get better, easy in and out parking wise, and we really love their chicken wing bags. Just wish they would offer the plain version more often; always seem stuck with the spicey type.

I always love the deals at Publix ! Beyond that the food/deli is amazing. I always hop on the opportunity to stop by a Publix . The location at Lakeside Village is one of my favorites. They are always happy to provide excellent customer service and are always fully stocked . Today I went by on my way to the airport and I was not disappointed. Sebastian provided exceptional service and made my orders PERFECTLY! I was happy to have gotten a chance to meet him . His service and skill should be recognized and rewarded ! The small things can really make a person’s day . That is what Publix represents! Publix brand sandwiches are about $10 each .

Clean store, usually has everything in stock. Publix is great about having sales on certain items in the store, which who doesn’t like a bogo! They have great healthy options for people who are vegan, gluten free, or lactose intolerant. When checking out, it’s done in a timely manner. Sometimes it could feel like you’re being rushed out the door, but they’re pretty friendly about it.

I went to get my favorite sub that was on sale and a gentleman in the Deli offered, with a smile, to make my sub just before I was going to walk away because i didn’t have a lot of time. He made my sub with quality and efficiency in consideration of my short break time to eat.
I thought that showed publix culture at its best 😁. People like that make me want to go back for the quality of service 100%. Thanks Sebastian.

Huge, well stocked store! Many options, and good selection of high end items (and also pricier than some other places). Good selection of sale items. I also got good customer service and friendly help at the seafood counter.

The customer service at this Publix is exceptional. I placed an order for pickup for two subs on my way home from work the day hurricane Ian hit. The store called to let me know they were closing earlier than planned but would have the subs ready for me. When I got there, there was some confusion but they were so helpful and a woman in the deli (I wish I could remember her name) worked to make sure I could still get my order. Amy and the other gentlemen behind the sub counter were in great spirits and so accommodating. They were out of a lot of sub toppings due to the fact that they were closing down for two days but they were so nice and did everything they could to help the last couple of customers. Thank you so much to Amy and the entire deli staff for working today and providing amazing customer service to your customers!

Very clean. Very welcoming. Workers are very helpful. One day I needed to buy a specific cut of meat that they no longer had, and the butcher just closed. But one of them saw me trying to make a decision for a while and he was very nice to grab another cut I chose and sliced it for me the way I needed it Even though they had already cleaned their machines and closed that area off.
