I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach. The beautiful new 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback is a pleasure to drive, but driving off the lot with this gorgeous vehicle was not the only enjoyable part of the experience. Todd and Matt in the sales department and Rodney in the financial services department each were very attentive, helpful, and willing to address any concerns or questions that I had regarding this vehicle or each of its various features and specifications or any financial matters regarding coverages. They were all very knowledgeable, direct, and communicative throughout the entire process and were able to convey each piece of information in a way that was cordial and genial, while also maintaining their professionalism. This was my first experience car shopping, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Todd, Matt, and Rodney!

I unfortunately had buyers remorse on a car I purchased after inspection and after driving the vehicle for a few days.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Kannon. Both did an excellent job taking care of my concerns and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. I was able to be swapped out to something that I truly liked and felt comfortable in. Mazda of Palm Beach spent time with me to ensure I left with a smile.

Mark went the extra mile multiple times by ensuring I had a new battery on the car and new battery on the key fob, and full tank of gas. He was involved as a leader and not just a manager barking at his sales reps to close deals. I also didn’t feel like just a number too, I felt like I mattered as a customer.

For anyone looking to buy a Mazda please ask for Mark as he truly does care about his customers and wants them to be happy.

It is rare to see in the car business and Mark is as genuine as they come.

Best dealer in the region by far! They were always trying to find the best deal for us! Thanks to Jordan Aparicio & his manager Eugene Jones I was able to purchase my dream car. The customer service was amazing - the staff were very welcoming & had nothing but positive encouragement. Like many, I had negative equity on my trade-in, but they made the process very simple & smooth. Definitely a win for the consumer & seller.

Juan was an absolute legend. We live on the West Coast of Florida and spent a week going through over 10 dealerships trying to find a vehicle. Finally I found a Durango listed at this location and contacted them trying to get the process started before I wasted time on a 3 hour drive. Juan reached out and made the entire process effortless. Got my financing approved, my trade in appraised and my monthly payment within my budget and all sent to me before I even left my house. 3 hours later I showed up, checked out the beautiful vehicle and he had me on my way in a half hour. By far the least stressful experience I've ever had when getting a car and it took place with a 200 mile gap in buyer and seller. I keep telling myself it's too good to be true because it's insane how smooth it all went. Absolutely awesome.

Had a smooth and easy process buying a new Mazda. Sebastian, our salesman, was great to work with. Friendly and informative. The GSM, Ben, was also great and they helped us get a good deal on our car. We are previous Mazda owners and came back because of the service and quality! Highly recommend coming here for your next Mazda. They are also dog friendly so you can bring your pup since the car buying process can be lengthy.

Great place to buy a car, Mazda (new or used), or even off brand. They were not pushy. It was very helpful, and Tyreq was the best, so the patient with us!! Snack bar/coffee some cool oldie cars ( SS and Oldsmobile), VET, GTR Porsche. Great energy today felt like I was at a miami dance club..

Just bought our first car at Mazda of Palm Beach and we had a wonderful experience! Ron, our salesman was the best, well informed, honest guy. Eugene went above and beyond and really did his best to make it happen for us. Kevin in finance did magic with the numbers so we could walk out with our gorgeous new Mazda. No one was pushy or aggressive, they go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. 10/10 would recommend.

Worked with Tyler Benson. Great experience. He was easy to work with, very responsive and never pressured me into buying. Biggest turnoff a dealership can do is not listen to what you’re saying and push sales when you aren’t ready. Tyler understood that I wanted to look at several cars before buying, and was very respectful of my wishes. I went into the dealership looking at one car, but ended up buying a different car several weeks later. I told Tyler what I wanted, and he reached out as soon as the car was on the lot. I could have gone elsewhere that had the car earlier, but stuck with Tyler due to the way he respected the sales process. Buying a car is a huge financial decision. It’s a lot easier when you have Tyler working with you because you know it’s your decision and not one that you felt pressured into.

Ron Bray was a phenomenal support on our purchase! I don’t even want to call him a “salesman” because he felt more like a friend wanting to help us rather than a salesman focused on the deal. I highly recommend requesting to work with Ron on your next purchase! He is genuinely a great person. And I am absolutely obsessed with my new car!

Went it to trade in my Miata for something new and wasn’t too sure on what I could get or what I really wanted. I was helped by Sebastian Rodriguez who went above and beyond to make the experience so easy! He answered all my 101 questions and I left so happy. I went home with a brand new Mazda 3! Even though I had a Mazda for 3 years before this, Sebastian was so knowledgeable about the features of this Mazda and I learned things I didn’t know before. 10/10 would recommend getting a car from this dealership and specifically asking for Sebastian Rodriguez to help :)

Beyond happy with my new Mazda and the top notch service provided by this dealership. Not only was Alejandro able to listen and help me get exactly what I was looking for, but he was also attentive, extremely knowledgable, and a great people person. I was initially stressed about going into a dealership, but my expectations were definitely exceeded. I just purchased a new 2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium from Alejandro Castro at Mazda Palm Beach. He was very easy going, patient, polite and professional as I educated myself on the differences between models and various trim packages. The financing at 0% was also very smooth and efficient which i did on my iphone while I waited. At 0% financing for 60 months, this deal is hard to beat for an SUV with all these features. All in all, this dealership was a very easy place to buy a new car. I actually felt happy when I left and not frustrated and angry as I have in the past with other dealerships. Come prepared and you will get what you want with a minimal amount of time and energy.

Definitely a great dealership. I firstly went to go look at cars and get a sense of what I wanted. I was recommended to Jonathan who made it possible to get my first car which was a dream come true.
