Hampton Inn Miami/Dadeland

Good hotel. Rooms are great. Nice comfy beds. Bathrooms are nice with easy step-in showers and a vanity bath. They have a decent breakfast in the morning. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, and assorted breads and bagels. Coffee was good. Only negative was google maps had completely wrong directions. Had to try three times to find the right road.

Clean, comfortable bed and up to date facilities. KUDOS to the management team here. My wife was hospitalized, and the hotel staff could not do enough for me. Plus, I received a medical discount which I was not expecting.

Great location south of downtown Miami but convenient to everything and within walking distance of Metrorail if you don't have a car. Extremely clean rooms and the nicest staff too! Perfect stay!

Was surprised at how nice my room was - looks like they were recently renovated. The Gilchrist & Soames amenities were really nice. The staff so friendly. Free parking and breakfast. Great locations near the University of Miami.

Location is a little tricky as the Google directions take you to the wrong parking lor!

This is excellence service and value at a very good price. We have had to come from Key West by car to Miami and found this to be a most welcoming place to relax while having a trip for medical service. It became a wonderful way to relax from the pool and hot tub to the nicely appointed rooms and the outdoor gardens. Our service animal was welcome as well. Everyone from the front office to the breakfast and checkout are always top notch. This was our third trip in recent months. Thanks to our Hampton Inn family for all the kindnesses ! My husband enjoyed the comforts after having two cataract surgeries and a follow up visit - the last visit to the hotel was a follow up and the previous was surgery trip cataract number two to Baptist and it was his birthday. Thanks to all of your staff it was less stressful.

Very nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were every quiet too! Could not hear our son and his family with small children in the room next to us, even though they were worried the kids were too noisy! Could not hear anything outside either, and you could see the expressway.
Staff was very accomodating and kind. Location is easy to walk to the metrorail station. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

This hotel is located in an area with an access to the train by 5 mins walking or less, very close to Target as well.the staff are amazing and helpful. The service was super fast including request for a service room, refresh the garbage or towels. The breakfast is amazing and offers free parking and Wifi also.
They can make it even better by cleaning even better the washroom walls bottom part, I saw a few hairs there but not a big issue.
They may also consider to renew the chairs is restaurant.

Accommodations were very clean and welcoming. The staff as well greeted you with a smile and pleasant to talk with very accommodating with questions in assisting with my needs. Will definitely return my next business trip.

Stayed there a few weeks back and service was great. Hotel was well maintained. The front desk staff and also Roman, who I think was maintenance was always courteous and eager to assist.

Enjoyed my stay but it's very difficult to find the driveway entrance if its your first time visit and your unfamiliar with the area. Best to call the front desk and ask about this.

The accommodations were fabulous, from the pool and hot tub area, the patio, the breakfast bar, and 24/7 coffee/tea. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay here, and will definitely return again to this Hampton Inn-Dadeland the next time we’re in Miami!

This review is for all management at Hampton inn dadeland . We booked this hotel room at last minute and the process to check in was not easy due to a mistake in dates I made on the expedia site. Robert, The gentleman working the check in desk, immediately was able to resolve our mistake and accommodate our stay . I have dedicated 16 years to the hospitality industry , working a front check position isn’t the easiest. In my experience I can proudly say the patience Robert maintains throughout his shift is not easy to find in every employee and such performance should be recognized. So thank you again Robert for providing us with excellent service and your kinds words .

Location, location, location. Nice concierges. Service with a smile. Good (free) breakfast option.

Great stay All around. My only recommendation is to post an elevator sign a bit larger or at least more apparent for people who check in through the app, and it’s 3 AM. Most self check ins simply want the elevator to get to room while carrying tons of luggage. This locations’ elevators are past the front desk and through the hall, then a right behind the lobby’s wall.

Excellent stay for the week. Good location close to places to eat and mall. Great staff.

Great place to stay if you're cruising out of Miami. Clean, safe, and a 5-star version of a budget hotel. Even the breakfast was hot! 🥚 🥓 😋 The room was comfortable. The bathroom spacious. The shower was hot, but a wee bit lacking in pressure and it did not have a handheld shower head. Parking gets scarce if you check in late. The app needs a lot of work! But, checking in and selecting your room ahead of time is a nice touch.
