Demetria (Miracle) is a star employee. I was struggling to find a pair I even liked and she really went above and beyond to find me a pair of shoes I loved! I would have never found my Air Jordans were it not for her.

Samora was fantastic. Excellent customer service she was above and beyond 5stars to her 👍 great eye I knowing your correct size and detail . I appreciate her service because I’ve been buying sneakers and trying them out for a long time and have had others people lack of service … great example of doing your best at what your doing thank you 🙏

I went to the foot locker in florida mall because I had gone to several shoe stores to find some basketball shoes for my 6ft tall14yo who's a size 14 in men and had no luck so far finding a pair that really worked for him. Thank goodness RAPHAEL was there because he not only helped us find shoes in his size but found us a pair that worked perfectly for his needs. Walked in and got exactly want I wanted and walked out in under 10 min. This place was pretty packed so them being able to help me and check me out is very impressive. This location has a wide selection compared to others I have been to. Overall very happy with my experience.

So I bought the incorrect sz online and went to the store to change it. They had none in stock and wasn’t sure when the next shipment was coming in. The employee Seth took my number and said as soon as a shipment comes in he’s going to call. Soon as I got home I had a message from Seth saying they had a shipment in the morning, I can pick it up tomorrow just ask for employee Mary and she’ll swap them for you. I get to the store and Mary already knew I was coming and had my correct sz.

Wow! Talk about above and beyond! I’ll definitely will be returning to this store, that was excellent customer service.
