Palm Coast Laundromat

I have used this laundromat on occasion but it had been a while. We had just moved and were having issues with connecting our washer, so I took a few loads there to be washed. The woman in charge there is the nicest, most attentive and helpful person that anyone will ever meet! Cannot say enough good things about her! The laundromat itself is clean and the machines work well, not a lot of waiting time for laundry to be done.

Professional, yet friendly. Understands customer needs re:specific wash/dry instructions & great at folding clothes. Managers Jenn & Kayla make sure the washers & dryers are cleaned & sanitized every night. Well worth the $15-$22 spent every two weeks, to get my 2 loads of laundry cleaned!

I own a busy vacation rental cleaning company and I use their drop of service for all my linens and towels!! (2 yrs now) The staff is friendly and always does a great job with all my linens everything is stain treated and well folded and smells great!! The towels come back fluffy and clean as well. Turn around time is fast which is a plus for us running a busy business!!!

They keep it clean. The pricing is fair enough and the machines are all in good condition and work well. They updated the way you pay and it's great. No more having 2 deal with coins. Butt watch out for the SS Rug Rats that be some of the employees. Who after seeing those rugs bathing in the washing machine they lose it. Its like you just killed the spin cycle. I've lived all over the US but this is a 1st. No rugs can be washed at this facility. Really you were on such a good write up. But I got them in and they came out crisp and smelling like a movie 🌟 😂.

I very rarely give 5 stars to any place or any one, but this place is it for doing laundry in the palm coast area!
Wifi, clean, inexpensive and great people!

Awesome. I prefer places where I can just use my phone to pay? But they don’t charge for the card you have to load in order to run the machines. So, that’s forgivable. Clean and everything work well!

Great washers and dryers. The attendant was wonderful

Awesome crew and polite customers. No problem parking and very clean. It was busy when I stopped in due to our home equipment is waiting on parts. Very clean and advanced/modern equipment that most all were in working condition. What I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience turned out (to my surprise) very pleasant. Yes, I will be back with comforters. Thank you Palm Coast Laundry...

High powered machines that get the job done fast! Reasonably priced.
Decent location.

Very clean, attendant very helpful. Purchase laundry card and load the card with amount of money you wish, load your clothes in washer and place card in holder, press start. The same with the driers. Easy and efficient.

Was super busy got there at perfect time had 7 loads was in an out within hour an a half. Staff was very helpful was my first time visiting. Was very clean an staff was picking up after people as people left. Will be my weekly got to place now

Great place to do laundry. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have 3 size washers which is great for my ruggable!

Been coming for 10 + years now . This place Great, tons of washers and dryers . Great price . They have moved to a card system now which I personally like the card is free , you load cash , or debt card , or credit card . Sign up put in your phone number so if you need to leave while washing or drying you will get a text letting you know when it's done and what washer or dryer you are in . Staff is very nice and helpful . Don't listen to the negative reviews clearly the eyes weren't working this place is large not small . They open at 7am they get busy pretty quick so if you have alot to do I suggest to come as early as possible . Weekends very busy . They have brane new washers and dryers because of the card system better washers and dryers then any other place in town . Wash and drying is done alot quicker now then before . They have a soap and dryer sheets in the back of the store for a dollar .

I posted a 5 star review on Yelp.... Jennifer made this experience incredible. I called and asked alot of questions... Jennifer was incredibly helpful.... Once I arrived at the laundromat, I was greeted by Jennifer.. We exchanged names.... She helped in every aspect of the cashless approach to using a card for washers and dryers. In between her many customers and other work, she was sweeping, wiping and picking up messes while having conversation with customers.... I didn't mention on my Yelp review that every customer was pleasant and seemed happy. I feel that having Jennifer working contributed to the jovial attitude. Noone loves laundry, yet I grabbed some coffee next door, used the WiFi and chatted with others.... I felt safe with the no coinage experience and the place itself.... I highly recommend this laundromat during the daytime when Jennifer is working..... There are a few shops in the area of small storefronts! Thanks Jennifer for the experience. I'll be back.... It was clean, they attendant was helpful and it was very reasonably priced.

I detest going to a laundromat, but this one was almost enjoyable. The place was spic and span, and the machines were fabulous and available in various sizes. On top of that, the gal working there was so pleasant and helpful.

Had to use this facility as a result of my washing machine breaking. With little laundromat experience I was grateful for the assistance from Kayla, a very helpful staff member!

I appreciate their cleanliness. Machines are wiped down regularly, dispensers and doors are clean and left open to dry, bathroom is kept up, floor is clean, empty trash cans and there is an attendant on site. Front loaders/dryers are Electrolux and look new. I really love the change machine- it gave me a combo of quarters and $1 pieces for my $20 bill. I love gold coins and didn't have a heavy load of quarters.

The Attendant was Very Knowledgeable and Helpful! Place was Clean.
