I had a relatively basic interaction of picking up equipment for home Internet service. The staff was kind and prompt, I was in and out in no time.

Just moved to Palm Coast and went to Spectrum with several issues/questions.
Right off the bat, there was no wait time and I noticed ample staff available during my visit as well—- which we all know is a rarity these days.

I left with all issues resolved and had the most amazing associate Marlo who went above and beyond. He was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and should be commended on his positive attitude and Customer Service skills (I hope his supervisor read this, and make sure to give him a good raise just from my experience alone).

Go see Marlo if you’re headed to Spectrum! You won’t be disappointed. ☺

Ive made 3 visits during the day and all 3x I barely made it in the door before a service rep was asking to help me. Extremely efficient in taking care of my business. Its nice to see management having enough "live staff" immediately available.

It was much more helpful to go directly to the Spectrum store than on the phone where my one question was never answered. A very good experience.

I wanted to port my number to Spectrum Mobile from another carrier. It was a long process (due to other carrier) and I have nothing but praise for the Spectrum workers. I sat there over an hour and watched how patiently they treated all customers. And I have to say more than half the customers approach the window ready for a fight. The staff calmly handled issues from billing, to people wanting them to "fix my Facebook page", to "get rid of my spam telephone calls". In all cases the reps tried to help even when it was far out of their job. Marlon and Isaac were particularly helpful to me. No complaints.

Angela is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and amiable she was able to save us a bundle in $$$ in our internet service and got us a new phone to save even more 😀 kudos 👏 Angela thank you so much Eddunio.

Sally… Absolutely 100% best service I have ever received from any business ever at the Spectrum Store located in Palm Coast, FL. I had a major issue with my phone not being able to make calls out. Sally worked on this issue until it was resolved even through her lunch break. She was relentless. She was on the phone with Verizon Reps and Apple Reps and fixed the problem. I had a very pleasant experience at the Spectrum store today. I had a appointment I showed up a little early logged in at the front desk and was seen within 10 minutes. I was greeted by a employee named Sally who was very friendly and help full. She addressed my concerns and came

Been using boost mobile in Orlando Florida for years and it was good basic service. Moved to Palm Coast and the service has been slowly getting worse and ro the point its time to switch. I've heard great things about Spectrum mobile and I'm glad I switched. After the first week, no complaints! Make the switch.

Spectrum is a great company. Not cheap but works very well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Been doing business with them for 15 years. Highly recommend them. There new cellular service works on Verizon towers. Going to switch paying 130 a month to Verizon or 90 to Spectrum. Going to give it a try.

Definitely I arrived at the right time. Nobody in the store. But very good service, the person who took care of me was very capable and polite!

Make appt on line ahead and great for swap out equipment which seems to show a bad line of routers.

Bibi was great! Got us in and out fast and was very knowledgeable about their products and services.
