Ordering was easy, communication on day of delivery was great and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend and will continue getting arrangements from them as my family and I often get flowers for my mom and Garden of Eden does not disappoint.

After two failed order attempts and two refunds with 1800flowers and FTD, I was finally able to get a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom in Florida (I’m in North Carolina) by dealing directly with a local florist. Garden of Eden Florist put together a beautiful arrangement that looked almost identical to the picture on their website and they delivered it successfully on the day I requested. When they had to make a substitution with one of the flowers, they alerted me ahead of time to what they were out of and what they’d be substituting them with. 1800flowers never even contacted me that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. I had to keep calling to find out what was up. FTD contacted me, but offered a less than acceptable alternative. Garden of Eden came through in all aspects and I was extremely pleased and grateful. I will definitely continue to deal locally moving forward. Thank you, Garden of Eden, for redeeming a very frustrating situation.

My family lives in Palm Coast and I've lived far away for 2 decades now, so every now and then I rely on Garden of Eden to help send something special to them. On Mother's Day, I ordered something from another local store and the retailer cancelled my order the morning it was supposed to have been delivered - I immediately called Garden of Eden and they came to the rescue. They were professional, kind, and put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my mother. Since then, I won't use another florist and I couldn't recommend these people enough. Great group of people, exceptional quality work, outstanding customer service.

I wanted to get flowers for a friend for her birthday. I am happy I found this flower shop. Living in another state, it was difficult to trust and find a flower shop that will deliver to your expectations. Nicole took my order, and she was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I got exactly what I ordered, and it looks better in person than online. My friend was very pleased with the flowers it actually made her day! Will be ordering again and refer people to Garden of Eden.

I have trusted Garden of Eden to provide the most beautiful and fresh, long lasting arrangements for over 25 years. The same family I met in 1996 is still there! I also just spoke to my mom and she said the delivery person carried the flowers asked if they could carry the arrangement in to the table. When I placed the order, I asked them to note to the delivery person to give her a little time to answer the door because it would be hard for her to pick them up if left at the door. I called to order a floral arrangement for a Male family member that is in the Hospital down in Palm Coast. I called and spoke with the sweetest woman Cheryl. I explained it was for a Male and I decided to go with a plant terrain instead of Flowers. I could not have been happier when I received the pictures of the final product. The little cute bees inside were an adorable touch, just the right amount of brightness for the arrangement. I highly recommend using them. This is also going to live a very long time as it can come home when the patient is discharged. Thank you again!!

Great florist, have been using Garden of Eden for years to deliver flowers to my mother in Palm Coast. They never disappoint and deliver great looking arrangements.

This was perhaps the best experience I've ever had with any florist either in Jacksonville, where I live, or with other florists in general! They called to let me know the shade of daisies wasn't available and wanted my permission to change to a different color. I left a voice msg followed by an email to them as to what color I preferred. They sent me another email with a picture of the changes they planned to make to the arrangement. They also texted me to let them know if I agreed with their choice. So I called them and talked with the owner's son, who identified himself when he sent the photo. We then decided to swap two colors around for better contrast and more vibrant colors. I was SO pleased to speak with Joe, the owner's son, who was arranging the flowers. He was so patient with me and so thorough to every detail! I highly recomment Garden of Eden to anyone in Bunnell, Palm Coast, or the nearby areas to use this florist! I've used them for years because my son and his wife live in Palm Coast and have always been pleased with the flowers they send! Excellent flowers and excellent service!!!
