He's, in my opinion, the best. I went to other podiatrists in the area, and they were not able to find the problem. Dr Jackson found it as soon as he looked at it and alieveated a lot of pain on my first visit. He's also very kind and has wonderful bedside manner. Every staff member I've met is kind and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!

I had broken my ankle and referred to their office. Immediately the whole staff was so concerned of my situation. I needed surgery asap and having a 17 month old to take care of they all did what they could to hurry my process along. Stacey Pringle was amazing and so kind!!! She completely went out of her way to help me out and was the biggest help ever! Dr. Ernst is so personable and today, as I had questions about pain, she responded to me within minutes to give me advice on what to do way after her working hours. I hated bothering her after her working hours and she was the absolute sweetest and understanding about my concerns. She advised me on what to do and within a minute of hanging up with her my pain was gone!!! They all are so committed to their patients and do an amazing job! Another one who who was so nice is the Stacey at the front desk. She put up with my million questions and never seemed to be the least bit frustrated. Thank you all for the awesome care!!!

JE Foot & Ankle Associates are awesome foot Doctors.. Dr. Jackson has been my foot doctor and he has made my feet do a Happy Dance! They are friendly, thorough and they actually listen to what you tell them what is wrong with your feet!!! If you need a a good, caring doctor that listens, this is the place to go!

Saw Emily Ernst for pain in my foot that was due to arthritis. She was very professional, prescribed some steroid medicine which helped considerably. The office staff was very pleasant to work with. Had previously gone to one of the bigger groups that were very cold and less than helpful. Will be seeing JE for any podiatry needs from now on.

Dr. Jackson is the best. He knows what he is doing. Took care of an infection in my foot.

I have had a wart of some kind, on the bottom of my foot, for over 10+ years! I’ve gone to foot doctor after foot doctor, with no help from the pain! Dr.Ernst, in just my first visit, HELPED the pain, and it’s disappearing!! 2nd visit in, and it’s half the size! Not to mention, their costs are very economical!! Highly recommended!!

I had a minor emergency and was referred to JE Foot & Ankle by the Walk in Clinic. They worked me into their schedule immediately. Dr. Ernest did a great job treating my foot injury. Pleasant staff, wonderful Doctor. Thank you Dr. Ernst and staff!

I was hospitalized for severe diabetic ulcerations thar were infected .Dr Ernst was the on call doctor of podiatry at Advent hospital in Flagler,(formerly memorial hospital). She was able to put me on a course of care that enabled me to recover from this situation.Dr Ernst and her associate Dr Jackson, have helped me thru very difficult times.This included,debridments,extensive wound care, foot infections, and surgical removal of infected bone. She has been professional, caring, attentive, and available for my needs, Her office staff (Stacy H.) is great ,responding to all accommodation for scheduling needs.This office over the last five years has kept me from a potentially terrible outcome.This has been accomplished by the caring professional manner they have overseen my wound care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for professional,caring,skilled podiatrists in Flagler .I consider it a blessing that our paths crossed so many years ago.They literally have saved my life and I am truly grateful

Visited the Fleming Island location for evaluation related to diabetes. Doctor was very straight forward, explained in laymen's terminology so I could clearly understand him. Was prescribed a nerve conduction study to rule out neuropathy related to diabetes and was treated in a professional but personable way. Did not have me returning for minor things. Explained what I should look for on my feet.

My visit to JE Foot & Ankle was very informative and rewarding. I was diagnosed and advised what to do for my situation; and as of today I am 90% better. They have a very professional staff, and they are recommended very highly. 👍🎯

I had fought fungus problems in my big toe for many years. The wonderful staff there removed the nail that was causing the problem. That was nearly two years ago and I have run without pain ever since.

Staff service was excellent. Dr. Ernst gave her usual straight out, no frills honest explanation of treatment. She’s top drawer in my opinion.
