I love this bank. I make many deposits, often. Kaitlin is always so hospitable and nice. I wouldn’t want to deposit in anyone else, anywhere else.

Staff is engaging and friendly. Laura the branch leader is exceptional. I love my Flagler beach bank

Best bank manger ever!

Everything is great except last time I went in, I asked the teller to separate my money into certain accounts and she had to drag out a calculator for a few hundred dollars. I did the math in my head and told her before she even started to punch in the number. I have a GED.

I can't count the times I've come inside the bank and there is a line and only one teller (and I give them 5 stars, they'reoverworked and underpaid). On numerous occasions I've witnessed the manager not actively helping a client yet, she does not step in and help with the line. Poor management.

Had my account with SunTrust for well over 20 years,never had any problems until Truist took over!! I've been hit with fraudulent charges 4 times in a year,constantly having to change my account number. I've had it,changing banks.🤬

I am aBB&T mortgage customer. I called on Monday to ask if I could pay my mortgage at this branch. They said sure but not until the fourth ( Friday)
I went in mid morning on Friday and the line was ten+ people long. After a 30 minute wait to see a teller, she told me that they couldn't accept payments until tomorrow the fifth. I checked their Google ad and it said they opened at nine on Saturday. I went back and they are closed on Saturday.
The other customers in line told me this is normal for this branch.
My house payment will be late now because of their our customer service. The first time in my life this has happened and I am livid.

When this branch was SunTrust the staff was excellent funny personable outgoing human like now it’s like the human was sucked out of them and they’re just robots no personality no humor no personal touch no personal interaction no smiling no joking just robots SunTrust treated their customers much better and seems Truist turn their employees into robots not giving them room to be themselves and interact on a personal human level.

Never go here if you are looking for good customer service. Ive been to BMVs in other states that these folks apparently trained at. Consistant, daily, absolutely poor service. No matter the day they will make you feel like they are bothered just to do thier job. Never seen this at a bank before.

ON FEBUARY 16,2023 CALLED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WITH AN ISSUE WITH MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THE STAFF AT THIS BRANCH LACK RESPECT AND TRAINING!! IT'S SAD THAT A PERSON HAS TO CHASE A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PERSONNEL AND GET ANY HELP! THEIR RESPONSE SEND ME TO A AUTOMATED ANSWERING SYSTEM THAT CONTINUOUSLY WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE ANY OF THE QUESTION AND THE WOULD HANG THE CALL! WHEN TRIED TO CALL THE BANK THEY WOULD NOT CONNECT ME TO THE MANAGER STATING THAT THEY WHERE BUSY, THAT'S A FUNNY ANSWER WHEN THEY WERE TALKING AMONG THEMSELFS WIT NO CLIENT'S IN THE BRANCH AND I WAS WATCHING FROM THE OUTSIDE! I HOPE THAT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE IS BRANCH WOULD GET FIRED BECAUSE THEY ARE WASTING TIME!

branch. They should state on Website , this is not a DRIVE THRU service branch.
