VyStar Credit Union ATM

My husband and I had a few problems to straighten out with our accounts. The problems were complex and the bank was quite busy. Knowing how well Joel has helped us on several occasions, we requested to speak with him although the wait would be longer.
As always, the wait was worthwhile. Joel greeted us in his usual warm manner, apologized for our wait, and began working on each of our concerns. We were able to leave with everything resolved.
We will always remain loyal members of Vystar, simply because of Joel’s knowledge, patience and personable nature.

Not the ATM but the brick and mortar bank attached to it.
I have banked with this VyStar Credit Union since 2014. The final straw with this bank was when the kept $15.+ In change. The stores around town in Palm Coast started charging to accept loose change. So I took an elderly person to the bank that I used and know they don't charge members to use the coin machine, and if you're not a member a much smaller fee to exchange it. The bank kept the money! Then told me to bring the person into the bank in person. I explained she was handicapped so I was asked to go through the drive thru where they have cameras and can see her and match the identification. So I went through the drive thru and they still denied to give her the nearly $16.00 in cash for her coins. Then argued about 3 forms of identification! It's not an out of state check it was coins. Was one of the coins a rare find and worth a lot of money? The point is they kept the money! I also know tellers get fired for overages and for shortages in their till. So if this bank did this to one person they must have done it to many others. Since I couldn't get the correct answer out of the tellers or bank manager, ( just a phone number) to call I posted it here. I know what a bad review can do to a company! I didn't want to go this route but you took money that was not your's! Even your papers which by the way had major grammar and punctuation errors on the last page. Get better proof readers! Stop advertising saying "We always remember it's your money" no it is not your money if people didn't put money in the bank you would not have ANY money! I waited a month to post this with hopes they would do the correct thing and give the money back. I really, really like this bank, it can't possibly be all VyStar Credit Union's doing this they would go out of business.
