Jarad, behind the counter was absolutely amazing ! He was super knowledgeable and was willing to do whatever it took to get my phone switched over to Verizon. He was very polite and eager to get the sale only after I agreed. If you are looking to get a new phone or switch over to Verizon I would recommend Jarad 10/10

Jayson from the Green Cove Verizon store was very informative and helpful with the transition from my old iPhone to my new one. Mr. CLARK was extremely helpful and there was a line but he got through them quickly that’s extremely important. I usually hate going to Verizon stores because of the long wait and the sales guys are pushy and don’t listen to what I need, Mr CLARK was so helpful and actually listened to what we needed and got to us quickly.

I went into the Green Cove Springs store today. I’ve been having a few problems with my phone but that is no longer the issue. I want to give an absolutely well deserved shout-out to LaShawn. Not only this store, but Verizon as a company should be happy to have him as an employee. He exemplifies what it means to give amazing customer service. The most attentive employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. And he made the process simple, quick, and easy. This is my first review I’ve done for any business and I’m glad to say I will definitely be looking forward to receiving his expertise in the future. Thank you again to LaShawn.
