I bought a beautiful watch and paid over layaway, while I was there on vacation. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. A great family run business. They were so wonderful to deal with and when I paid my item in full they even put in a new battery and shipped it insured. I recommend them to anyone.

I just found Phoenix Jewlery and love this little shop. The owners are a ton of fun and super interesting to speak with. Andrey has been working on watches for me and I am super pleased with his work. He is fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Prompt wonderful service. I brought my engagement ring in for repair and my husband's wedding ring diamond was loose. Both rings were repaired and cleaned while we waited. Definitely would recommend and will be back for any future jewelry repairs or purchases.

Went in to get my watch adjusted to fit my wrist. Awesome customer service and my band was adjusted immediately and perfectly. It’s a family business and we had great conversation in the few minutes it took to adjust. Great price and fast fast fast service. 5 stars easily. This is my new favorite jewelry store.
I was able to get my daughter's ears pierced at this location. The owner was very professional about the whole process, I felt very comfortable with him piercing her ears. He was so friendly and helpful I will definitely return!

I had a gold rope chain and 2 pendants repaired. They were very friendly and they did a great job. They were reasonable and were very accommodating. Andre repaired these items while I waited so my pieces were not out of my sight for long. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Jewelry!

I have never been to a jeweler before and was recommended here for a couple of repairs by a friend. Andrey and Valery are so sweet and literally fixed my jewelry the day of with a lower price than initially quoted. My ring and earrings look so shiny and pristine it’s like they are new. 10/10 recommend you go here you won’t regret it. :)

First time visit: My wife and I to Phoenix to get my wedding ring sized and her earrings repaired. The owner showed us the earnings were fine with a minor adjustment. Then he sized my ring in just a few minutes. He also cleaned my wife’s other jewelry for free. His price for my ring was more than generous. This is a small family business that I would highly recommend.

These guys are super nice, professional, and accommodating. I was on vacation in Palm Coast this week and we booked a dolphin swimming experience at marine land but you are not allowed to swim with the dolphins with any jewelry on. I had a ring that I had not been able to take off for about five years. We tried hard to get it off at Marineland, turning my finger purple. I called Phoenix jewelry and they told me to come on down, they cut it Off promptly and painlessly at no charge. Made it back in time for my experience. Great people!

This is the best jewelry shop in Palm Coast. I went to buy a golden chain with a cross and Andrey helped a lot. I ended up buying the chain and cross and it looked beautiful. My mother had also went to go fix her cross that was broken and it looked just like new! She was really happy about the results. Andrey really knows what he is doing and is an honest man. If you are looking to get yourself a piece of jewelry, Phoenix Jewelery is the place to go.

We called ahead to be sure that they were open and the jeweler, Andre, said yes. I explained to him that I had a very very fine sterling chain with a knot in it, and with all the confidence in the world he said come on down I'll take care of it for you and he did in just a few minutes. While he was working on it my husband and I had the opportunity to meet and chat with his lovely wife, Valerie. I can't say enough about their cheerfulness, friendliness and welcoming nature.
