Tammy is the best spin instructor ever. Go for bikes and beats on Monday 6 pm. The studio is in a great location. Old school bikes and a clean setup. They even offer yoga!

The 1st thing is the great vibe I get when I enter POF. Every client takes A private class with a very knowledgeable trainer in whatever kind of training they choose. Some could be working out in the gym area some in the TRX area and working out with weights and of course there’s Ruthy the Pilates teacher. WOW She has saved me so many times when I couldn’t even walk and had to use two canes.By the time the hour was over I was perfectly fine in my walking abilities.Power one is the only studio that has a power wall which was created by Ruthy. It is definitely something special.I’ve gone down from a size 12 to a size 6 I’ve lost 24 pounds. Thank you to my trainer Pattie for showing me the correct way to do things. They have a trainer for everything. My favorite part is when my session is over the warm or cold eucalyptus rag That is offered. They also have an awesome retail section,And power one cycling formally velocity in Westpalm . If you can’t tell I LOVE POWER ONE FIT
