T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I am a Canadian and signed up with T-Mobile for a 30 day tourist plan but was having difficulty connecting to their network. I was assisted by ZEO and he had the issue solved within two minutes. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you ZEO.

Came in on a Saturday, they were very busy. Antoine was awesome. He was very professional, patient, and explained everything extremely well. Would highly recommend him.

I went in to finally see about merging my Sprint account to the T-Mobile network. Just a dreaded process. Wow was I impressed with the service I got. Guy helped me out and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him! He was pleasant and patient the whole time! He even saved me money :) He made sure I was happy when I left and that all my phone lines and watches were working and transferred properly. Thank you Guy for making my trip in successful and very pleasant.

Had a great experience tonight with Ashley and Gavin. We arrived 5 minutes before the store was to close and they stayed late to setup a new phone. They were absolutely life savers!

I had issues with my bill. It was reflecting an insanely huge amount. I visited the store and Cesar took care of my issue. He called the Customer Care from the store number and resolved the issue. He was patient and kind. The store does its best to keep their customers happy. Very good service!

Ashley was able to troubleshoot my phone and make sure my mic was working. I have been having issues with it and she said that it should be better. I have made a few calls and my friends and family can hear me better now! Thank you Ashley!

These guys are all the best. I was nervous about changing from Sprint to T-mobile but they rocked it. Ashley was entertaining us while Cesar changed the phones for us and they all would be totally lost without Brian.

Palm Coast store 681D has the BEST staff or sales team when it comes to product knowledge, and customer service. From the store manager on down, everyone there gives exceptional service, by prioritizing the customer/d needs and wants and genuinely caring to every concern. This type of service is extremely rare in the retail world now a days. I am very thankful for this store and team, and for all the things that they have assisted me with when it came to my purchase. I highly anticipate doing more business with them in the near future.

I have been a Tmobil customer for several years and after upgrading my phone that I purchased from a friend, James Thomas waited on me and not only did he take the time to port everything over, he did it in a timely manner while explaining things to me. He also showed me some optional things I did not know. I had to go in again about 2 weeks later as I had a small issue and the person I spoke to did not know and could not resolve it. I went back again later that day when he was there and again, he was extremely efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back and use James again as he not only is knowledgeable, he is super nice and has great customer service skills.
