This title company is terrible. I strongly recommend you avoid this company for ANY real estate transactions. Had a cash closing on 12/5/19. The seller had a mail away and signed and over knighted signed docs to office and received 12/6/19 am. Title withheld closing proceeds to agents and still not wired 12/9/19 at 5 pm. This was 3 business days to do one job. By far the WORST title company wanna be outfit in my 12 years in the business. Plenty of choices available search out others. It will be more timely. One job and failed.

They do not return phone calls. They are not trustworthy of handling $100, let alone several hundred thousand. Stay away and go to another vendor. Kayla promised two days in a row to provide documentation, she broke her promise both days. Very UNpatriotic.

Very poor experience. 5 days with no response to a written request from our lender - despite several calls and emails. Quite disappointed.
