Customer service at this office is exceptional, starting with the receptionist that assesses your immediate needs all the way up the chain to Dr. Patrick Garrett. They don’t brush things to the side, they handle your issues immediately. I truly appreciate this as it is so hard to find in a physicians office these days. Keep up the good work Dr. Garrett, and kudos to all the girls that help him GET IT DONE . And I love Dr. Patrick Garrett’s quirky personality. He is so easy to talk to and does not make me feel like I am an inconvenience in the least. The last thing he said to me was “if you need anything in the future just reach out”. WOW, how many doctors say that these days??

Dr Garrett keeps to a timely schedule, there is hardly any wait time unlike other doctors I have visited. He is always cheerful, positive and ready to help and answer questions. He is also very caring and perceptive.

For starters, I was seen at my appt time! Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Garrett was really enthusiastic about my being there and thanked me for coming! He was informative, attentive, and genuine. I didn't feel rushed at all. I wound up with a logical plan to address my concerns.

Dr. Patrick seems to run a good practice both in the office and in the exam room. He is always upbeat and eager to help after listening to the patient.
The office is very nice and comfortable. It is in a good location with easy parking.

Dr.Garrett was very professional and prompt in responding to my health concerns. Medication was prescribed and ready for pick up within a half hour.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, excellent care received during the holidays.

I needed medical help for a recurrent acute situation and Dr Garrett's office is my primary care. The office staff was able to find a telehealth appointment for me even though they had to squeeze me in and I heard back from the doctor in about an hour from the time I called.
Dr Garrett ordered a test for me as well as a prescription and both were ready within an hour also.
Thank you to Radiology Associates as well as CVS. Coordination of care at Dr Garrett's office is excellent.

On a holiday. Dr. G. Not only called me back, he FaceTimed me and determined what I needed. Sent the Rx orders straight to the pharmacy. This put me an entire day ahead of my first bout with Covid. The whole practice, including the office, is caring, kind and efficient. .

Dr. Garrett is a wonderful physician. He has excellent people skills. He is a doctor that listens to you. He is a very knowledgeable doctor that cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Easy and smooth. Dr. Garret is friendly and personable. He listened while I spoke, which is foreign these days with doctors. He tended to my needs immediately and made my doctors visit a wonderful experience I would recommend their office with great pleasure

I have been seeing Dr. Garrett since I moved to Florida three years ago. I was concerned about getting good doctors down here after I’ve left all of my doctors up in New Jersey, but Dr. Garrett fills the bill very well. He also suggest very good doctors for when I need referrals.

As always, his upbeat, caring and takes into consideration all you have shared confirms that the patient is more than a number. He gives you results not just talk or unnecessary tests. I only wish I had found the Garrett's years ago. Both are great doctors.

Love the staff and the fact that they keep appointments on time. Dr. Patrick is prepared, thorough, listens and makes sound decisions that are in the best interest of his patients.

He’s very caring, never rushes you when he’s with you, he listens to you and comes to conclusions with you about the best treatment and way forward.
