George Bourke Painting

I had my kitchen, dining room and living room painted and an area of wallpapering done as well by George and staff. I cannot say enough about the job they did. They were clean, did their job with perfection as well as being pleasant and comfortable to have around for the 3 days spent on this job. When the job was complete they helped me put my house in order as well. The price was reasonable for the job they did.
I would recommend this company to all of my friends as well.

George Bourke painting by far his company is excellent when it comes to painting he's a great guy very competitive I'm prices and he's been in the area for a long time with reputation that is very competitive

After having this company paint my house i am finding out that the paint was not put on the stucco correctly which left it unsealed and now the stucco is starting to bulge and crack...it is imperative that the paint seals the stucco properly when it is painted.It has only been 3 years since my house was painted and i'm having all these stucco issues due to their poor workmanship....always hiring new guys because he never paid the workers enough so i had inexperienced guys painting the house. Do not use this company !

Probably the most unprofessional contractor i have ever dealt with.. George Bourke Painting was hired to paint a business complex that i have a retail store in. During their initial pressuring washing they bleached a nice custom A-Frame sign that I have in front of my store. I brought it up to one of the painters and he said he would tell the boss man and he would get with me. I didn't think too much of it, mistakes happen, and figured the owner would cover replacing the vinyl decal on the sign. I never heard from the "Boss Man", so I mentioned it to the painters again, a week later, and they let me know their boss was aware... I wasn't going to call his office number nor was I going to report it to the property management company in charge of the building.. again, really not too big of a deal. This is a small town and most business owners have no problem righting their wrongs in our little community. Today, I got to meet the boss man, but not in a way that I expected. He barged into my store and rudely interrupted me while i was talking to a potential client. Apparently he didn't like where my customer had parked outside and proceeded to curse at my customer telling him to move his card because his guys are trying to work. My customer apologized and said he would move it. The "Boss Man's" response was "What the F***K do you think the FN cones outside are for?!". This is after my customer apologized and said he would move his car. I guess the owner of George Bourke painting felt the need to go out of his way to insult my customer. My potential client left and did not come back.. I wouldn't either after getting yelled at and insulted by some jerk with a New York accent. I walked outside to talk with the owner about the way he carried himself in my store as well as my sign. He was extremely defensive and rude from the beginning of our conversation. He tried to tell me thats just the way the sign is made.. I showed him the back side of the sign which is yellow compared to the front that is white from his guys bleaching it. His responses was "What do you want me to do, buy you a new FN sign!?". I let him know that, It should only need a new vinyl decal and there is no need to replace the entire sign.. His response was "F'ng sue me!" along with some other choice words as he walked away.. Potential customers beware!
