Went to my local Verizon store to straighten out a mess that Spectrum mobile created. I made the mistake of switching after being a Verizon customer for over 23 years. I was lied to by Spectrum and it was a nightmare. Logan S. went above and beyond getting the mess fixed and back on Verizon service. He was patient, kind and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. Thank you Logan-you were great!

First experience second experience all have been wonderful unfortunately, due the fact, you chose not to stock items like the watch and many others, nor keep it stocked utilization of this particular facility is a waste of my time, although I did get the phone because you had it in stock this is not a corporate store But the store has significant ability in the heart of Palm Coast to become a mainstay and be a significant product. Pusher and support would consider even having Verizon care on site like Apple store you can make a significant difference over AT&T and other competitors where you’re located and remodeling. Staff is doing the best they can would like to consider stop rotating staff allow them to go to locations that are available and adjust but the Palm Coast Verizon I feel as far as superior then the Daytona and others that I’ve been to in the areas to be a full service of facility

I came here the other day to upgrade my iPhone and Stephen greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was dreading how long it was going to take but it was a very quick and smooth process and he made it very easy. Stephen's customer service was amazing and I will definitely be back if I need anything.
