This place is amazing! Moved from Oregon to Florida and needed a new vet. The staff are friendly and personable. Dr Williams is great. He took time to listen, educate and suggest various options for my dog. He was gentle while working with my anxious dog. I look forward to our continued relationship. I recommend this vet office 💯%!

I am very happy with my first experience at Safe Haven. The staff was friendly and attentive and communicated well. My dogs have some specific needs and some health issues and Dr. Williams really took the time to listen and answer my questions thoughtfully. He was very knowledgeable and had some great advice and suggestions too. They treated my girls with love and care and because of that I definitely trust Safe Haven to take care of my babies. I never felt rushed or a burden when explaining one of my girls extensive health history despite being busy. I truly appreciated his attention and help! The vet tech was also very pleasant. Overall very impressed and pleased.

I have had my fur children at Safe Haven since I moved to Palm Coast in 2005. I love the attention they give to my fur babies. And the staff members are always friendly, professional and attentive. This is Myles Davis 11 months old.

We were new at Palm Coast, when we met Dr. Stuart. Our dearest big boy Chewy, the Great Pyrenees, needed medical attention. We were lucky to be referred to Dr. Stuart. He is a wonderful Veterinarian!
We have had the great attention and care for our boy. Dr. Stuart, his wonderful staff and technicians were always very compassionate and supportive!
We are also very grateful to Kathy at the front desk. She is wonderful and always very nice, attentive and keeps us informed and updated. Wonderful Veterinarian, clinic and his staff!!!

I love Safe Haven. Dr. Andrea Puckett is a compassionate and caring veterinarian along with all the vet techs and staff. They take such great care of my girls. Dr. Puckett is such an animal lover. She goes out of her way to explain everything in terms you can understand. She never gives up on your pet. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Puckett and everyone at Safe Haven Veterinary Hospital! 👩🏻‍⚕🐾

Being newcomers to Palm Coast, our dog Cinder was only a patient a short time at Safe Haven. Because of her age and ailments we asked that she have just palliative care. They agreed and didn’t try to milk us for treatment that was useless. Today we had to say goodbye to our wonderful dog of 16.5 years. Safe Haven honored Cinder as she exited from this earth and consoled us with genuine empathy. We can’t thank you enough!!!!❤❤❤

We have gone to Dr. Williams for 7 years. He has been there through the good and the hard. He won us over when we first met him; he sat on the floor and spent real time with each of our pets. He is thorough, kind and genuine.

Everyone is so courteous and ready to help in any way that they can. The doctors are caring, knowledgeable and take their time examining my furry babies. It's hard to say which dr is better, They're just great!!! They have been taking care of my babies since I moved to Palm Coast in 2017...No complains!!!

Dr Williams is the best my puppy pearl loves him. he treats her so nice. They all really care about our animals

This was our first visit to Safe Haven with our 12 year old lab. Dr.Williams and the staff at Safe Haven are very welcoming. The whole process from scheduling the appointment to paying our bill was smooth. The vet staff took their time with our dog and made us all feel comfortable.

Safe Haven's employees are especially kind to my puppy family. Dr Puckett is awesome my pitty loves her. None of my dogs are afraid to go there. Highly recommended

Absolutely love every one in this practice. Appointments are always timely and both Dr. Stuart and Dr. Puckett are glad to answer any questions. EXTREMELY reasonable with prices too! Thank you guys for taking such good care of all of our past and current ( and any future ) fur babies!

1st visit to establish a patient/doctor relationship. It took some time to see the doc but that tends to happen. The very kind and hospitable woman, who sits on the right as you walk in, kept me posted of what was happening and apologized. She is amazing, btw. The vet tech and vet were very professional; Chico was in good hands the whole time. The check out procedure was also easy and pleasant. All in all, a great experience.

After we lost our two minature schnauzers, it was heartbreaking but after time passed we got two more and take them to Safe Haven. Dr Puckett and Dr Stuart has been so great with them and the staff is exceptional and passionate.

When I moved to Palm Coast area about a year ago I was in search of a caring and experienced veterinarian. Did lots of research and found Dr. Stuart and Dr. Puckett at Safe Haven. Everyone there is wonderful and always helpful when needed! It's a pleasure knowing your pet is in great hands with an awesome, passionate and professional staff team! One of my furry pups needs loads of special care and was so grateful to find them. This is also an accredited veterinary home which to me is very important.
Love my Vet, Dr. Puckett. She is very passionate to my boy and Girl. Definitely recommended and her staff is awesome.

Can't say enough about Safe Haven. Was my first visit for me and my sweet lab.We felt very welcomed. She got a lot of attention! Dr was very compassionate along with his assistant. He explained my worries to me. Thanks to the staff for taking in a new Patient and getting us in so quickly. Also great thank you for getting my dog in and out of my car. Big help!!!

Always great service. Dr. Puckett is the best. Her reassurance always makes us worry less. Today was a scary time with our 14 year old Tibetan Terrier who we thought was having a stroke or seizure. Just wish our fur babies could tell us where it hurts. Hopefully Markee will be with us for a year or more. With Safe Haven’s Dr. Puckett’s help, maybe he will.

Our newest addition to our family is Marley an 8 week old Golden Retriever! Everyone lights up when they see this little furry bear ❤ Dr Williams gave him a clean bill of health and his second round of vaccinations. Marley didn’t even know he received it because he was too busy eating cheese wiz !!!! Great Job SafeHaven! You guys are the Best!!!!

Of all the vets I have been to Safe Haven Veterinary Hospital is by far the most welcoming and comfortable place to bring in all 3 of my dogs. Dr. Puckett is Amazing and all of the Staff is just so sweet and Knowledgeable! Kathy who is in the upfront area is amazing as well.

I started my dogs at Safe Haven because of one of the vets, Dr. Luke Williams. And, fell in love with the place because the techs and office staff were super friendly and very efficient!!

Dr. Puckett is an amazing vet and the entire staff is always friendly and so helpful. Everyone is always smiling. The office is always clean and the patient rooms are clean. They truly care about our two dogs and they are not just a number like at other vets. Dr. P recently did a pretty major surgery on my older boy's head and she did such an amazing job with the stitches and keeping his colors all lined up. They checked in often on him after the surgery too, and i just feel like you don't get that anywhere else. I've been coming to them for several years, as does my mom with her 3 dogs. I am always sending people their way and raving about how great the staff is. I have had several other vet experiences before and I've never had one as good as safe haven. 10/10 recommended.
