Pine Lakes Animal Hospital

Our sweet 7 year old Saint Bernard had stopped walking on her back paw. We thought it was due to possibly her hips. When we noticed it not getting better and swelling they were able to get us booked in fairly fast as a new patient. Dr. Crosby had X-rays done where we unfortunately found out it was bone cancer.

They explained to us the pain she was in and gave us our options. I didn’t think I would lose my best friend so suddenly but the idea of her in so much pain I knew what needed to be done.

The office staff was incredible. They took us to a private cozy room, gave us as much time as needed to spend as a family, gave us the step by step process, and helped guide us though one of our toughest moments as a family.

My heart is broken but I am so appreciative of the care and time spent not only with our Leia girl but also our family.

This place is amazing! Our little Gizmowas so sad and miserable from his itchy skin. They not only had the best, most friendly way of handling him. But they also helped us with medecune that was donated. He was going insane from the itch he had. He was hiding and was acting so distant. He's still healing but the change has been far from subtle. Thank u so much to the staff and Dr. Stawinski for helping us get our baby back.

I brought my Rottweiler, Bear, to Pine Lakes for grooming. I have used Pine Lakes since I brought him home as a puppy three years ago. I have always been very happy and this time was no exception. Kristin gave him his bath and ear cleaning and Tia clipped his nails. Both did an outstanding job and Bear had a great experience. Thank you so much.

Thank you to the Pine Lakes team! Took my Shiba Inu who is a tough customer in today for an ear issue - he had an infection going on & the team got his ear cleaned out and medicated him in the office with a medication that lasts about 2 weeks with no additional daily care which would be a nightmare if even possible for me to do myself at home. I was thrilled with the patience and care.

First time going to Pine Lakes Animal Hospital for grooming and I have to say I am very pleased with the groomer and receptionist staff. I didn’t get to meet any of the veterinarian doctors but I’m sure they are just as awesome. Thank you for caring for my fur babies with love and kindness and for your friendliness. 🥰🥰🐶

I had something happen that morning to my dog and they fit me in that day. Treated her kindly and prescribed her meds for issues she was having. I will return here in the future. Awesome staff all around from receptionists to nurses to doctors.

After being turned away because of inability to pay in full at a Volusia animal hospital, I opted to into Pine Lakes, very wonderful staff with a love for your pets as if they were their own as well as super understanding in life situations. You guys are amazing, so glad I found my new furry friend Dr.

Her professionalism and empathy are completely out of this world. She handles stress with grace and don't ever see her wince at a crazy/stressful day.
She checks Stormy & Raven in before I even get to the front desk.
I LOVE feeling like family my Vet clinic, and that's exactly how she makes it feel.

I have no idea why anyone would write anything negative about this place. I took my dog Gizmo there. Were struggling financially since covid we lost everything including out home. They not only comped the visit until the organization that's helping us pays them, but they gave us medicine. Dr Lea Stawinski , her assistant and the receptionist were all amazing! Thank u so much for helping us!

Dr. Lea is amazing. She's very gentle and thorough with my kitty cats. The whole hospital is very clean and the staff are friendly and kind. I highly recommend Pine Lakes Animal Hospital!

This is hands down the best clinic I’ve ever been too. Starting with front desk ladies Sarah and Carrie were kind and helpful. Johnny the vet tech is a SAINT and I cannot say enough good about him!! Dr. Kaser is AMAZING and saved my pup and her 3 babies! They turned a bad situation into a blessing. They truly care about your babies and help you to feel at ease in a stressful situation. I HIGHLY recommend you bring your pets here if you care about quality of treatment!!!!

We just arrived in the area to find a new home. Our little dog became sick, and we were desperate for help. We went to one clinic and they turned us away because they only take appointments. We then went to an Animal Hospital where there was nobody at the front desk, nobody to answer our phone call, and we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to return our call.. They never did call us back.. We left and then arrived at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital. We were greeted immediately by people that are clearly animal lovers. The staff was fantastic! The Veterinarian was kind, and the most professional we have encountered in all of Florida. They won us over in minutes. They have diagnostic tools in house that most vets do not. We had answers in a matter of minutes and our special family member received the care she needed to start healing. I cannot recommend them enough, and want to thank them again should they read this review. Thank you!

I've been going to Pine Lakes for years and I love them. Everyone from the docs and techs to the front staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr kaser is awesome!! Fixed my puppies issues fast! A day later and their issues are noticeably better! But not only am I satisfied with Dr kaser, her assistant which I did not get her name, she was a black lady with green scrubs on.. she was NOT scared to handle my 3 large pit bulls which 2 of them were not social and came in growling.. Kaser and that lady handled these pups with love in return and these pups took in to them :) They fixed the horrible diet my pups were on (Just switched from grain free to grains yesterday) and I learned about my animals health a lot more. One being a found heart murmur.. Thank you both for understanding that my dogs were just scared and treating them with love :)

Was visiting from out of town with my dog when she began acting very strange and something was obviously wrong with her. Pine lakes was able to get us in immediately. Great experience!!! They were caring and polite! Considering it was an emergency visit, I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost! Huge thanks to Dr. Rawlins and the techs!

Doctor Wells was very caring, professional, and concerned about our baby Jeni Lee. The connection was there along with her assistant from 1st impression.

My sweet boy Little Foot lost his battle with Lymphoma, on 06/25/20 his tumor ruptured leaving us with no other options as the dreadful time was here. With everything going on in this world right now and even though they were booked solid they had us come straight in. I had a horrible experience with my boy's mother at another facility that made this decision even harder. I was terrified and I didn't want to go through that ever again. I'm so thankful for Pine Lakes! Letting him go in the setting you provided, the care and solace shown made a world of difference. I'm at peace knowing he's not suffering, even though I miss him oh so much. We all love and miss you Little Foot especially your brother. Thank you so much Pine Lakes!

After calling many different vets with no luck, Pine Lakes Animal Hospital was able to get our cat in same day right away. the staff there are all wonderful! i definitely would recommend this place.

Friendly staff and professional groomer! Highly recommend this business for excellent pet care!
