Dr. Dwight P. Tiu, MD

Dr Tui has been my doctor for quite a few years. And I am not the easiest patient. He always makes sure what I’m there for is taken care of, and the staff is the nicest!! I live 45 min away but I prefer to drive to him because it’s 100%worth it. He truly cares!!

There's never a wait time and the staff has always been polite. The providers are always wonderful with my baby. I wish I could switch my two older kids to here, but they aren't accepting new patients, unless newborn.

This was the first pediatrician I’ve taken my son and I absolutely love it. The people their are super friendly, the dr is really nice and make sure he answers all your questions. They’re quick at getting you in at your appointment time, I’ll continue to go here and highly recommend them.

All 4 of my kids have been very well taken care of by the doctor and PAs that work at Acute Care Pedi. We started going about 8 yrs ago and I’m so happy with all the staff!

Doctor tiu was the doctor of my kids now he is my grandbaby's doctor he is a amazing doctor and something I seen under the review had me laughing cause he is not going to give a kid Narcotics AT ALL and to me that is great cause kids don't need to be on that kind of stuff at all doctor tiu keep up the amazing job you do 😁

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IF A OFFICE MANAGER LEAVE NO ONE CAN HELP DO THAT JOB YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS BEFORE THEY RETURN SO OUT OF LUCK IF YOU NEED ANYTHING MY SON IS NOW WITH OUT A PRESCRIPTON BECAUSE DID PUT IN A REFILL WHEN REQUESTED BY THE PHARMACY THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THE LAST DOCTORS APPOINTMENT MY SON HAD SAID HE WAS ONLY LAST SEEN FOR HIS TWO YEAR OLD VISIT WHICH IS UNTRUE CALLED TO GET THE SCRIPT FILL AND WAS INFORMED HE WAS NO LONGER A PATIENT AS OF OCTOBER BUT WAS NEVER INFORMED WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS NOW INFORMED THEY SAID A PAPER NOTICE WAS SENT TO AN ADDRESS I HAVE NOT BEEN AT IN TWO YEARS I HAVE HAD MY INSURACNE ADDRESS UPDATED AND INFORMED THEM OF THE NEW ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY HAVE NEVER CORRECTED IT EVEN THO I HAVE INFORMED THEM OF THIS MULTIPLE TIMES CAUSE THEY KEPT SENDING THE PRESCRIPTION UNDER THE WRONG ADDRESS NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE ENOUGH ABOUT KIDS HEALTH TO HELP WITH ANY ISSUES AT ALL DO NOT BRING UR KIDS HERE IF YOU WANT UR PRESCRIPTIONS OR INFORMATION CORRECT HORRIBLE OFFICE

If you’re looking for a Dr to care for your children look for someone else. I only saw Dr Tiu once for the past year my kid has gone. My second born which is now a month old was refused to be looked at because we were 15min late and claim on the contract we signed we can’t be more than 10am late. They only care about your money than your child.

If you work on the road or have to be out of town , notifying the office or even Dr. Tiu himself won't matter. You may still receive a phone call for a medication count in the middle of the month that your away, even though you notified in advance. Knowing your away, they will make demands on you to show up at the office. Really rude manners also I must add. Then the discharge call will follow.
Now mind you I've notified the Dr himself about remodeling a hotel in South Florida for the entire month.He assured me that everything was fine. I have never given a false urine, I was never late. I was a year exactly into my therapy and this is what they do to people who are trying to better their lives. Sad just sad.

My experience with Acute Pediatrics was good for the first 3 years. Then I get a phone call needing to change my appointment and I did so and everything was fine so I thought it was. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that since I missed 3 appointments in 3 years they will no longer see my 9 year old and 5 year old. I don't understand how some pediatricians can just drop you like that when they get paid if you do miss appointments.

In my opinion, he's a degenerate scammer. I was his patient for over a year, and he kept hiking up the price and giving me less medication. He's very friendly at first but if you're literally dying and only are one dollar short he won't even see you. He doesn't care about his patients. He ONLY cares about the cash. I was short one dollar, and he wouldn't even see me. I have a real doctor now who actually cares and gives me 90 Suboxone a month. Be careful. The fish tanks are nice, but he's not! I'm so glad I found a real doctor who actually cares.

Horrible place !! Tried to take my son here. Scheduled an appointment. My Girlfriend doubled checked with them. My Son has to suffer and wait to see another doctor because the people working here are not smart enough to schedule people. Then they want to argue with you. Missed half day worth of work, son missed half day to school to deal with unprofessional people. Left a message to have the doctor call me, of course he never got the messag . Telling me I'm sorry is not going to fix the fact my son has to wait even longer to see a real doctor !!! But that is customer service now a days ! Hope many of you read this post a pick a real doctors office.
