Dr. Phillips Ace Hardware

I just love Ace Hardware. My favorite aisle is the hardware one with all the nuts, bolts and fasteners you could ever need and want. Great and helpful staff of nice people. You all need to support these stores. Outside looks like an old watertower on top. They have everything.

After visiting Lowe’s and trying to find a specific piece of hardware, I asked twice for help and when it finally came they didn’t have what I needed (despite the website inventory saying they did). I asked the guy who helped me if I should try Home Depot and he said no, try Ace Hardware. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with “How can we help you” from a very nice man and one of the store associates helped me find what I was looking for. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

They helped me make a drill press cabinet, including the paint match and all the hardware. Very supportive and knowledgeable folks. Highly recommend.

I have been going there since they opened. They are friendly and Kind and will help you with whatever you need. I'm a retired GC and it is very nice to have a place in the neighborhood you can go.

Unbelievable customer service at this Ace Hardware! Had a bolt that would not come off...they would not quit unit they were successful. One staff member even got tools from his car to help. I almost didn't want to leave we were having so much fun. will always go there first for my hardware needs. Thank you Mike, Troy, & Kellin!

Wow! This is the best Ace Hardware I’ve ever been to! Staff helped me all day fix a problem with my plumbing, took multiple returns and the staff were super knowledgeable about my issues. Shout out to employee Mike, who was really helpful as well.

The gentleman at the register was extremely nice and helpful. They about have everything you need. Will return to that location when I'm in that area

Always a few knowledgeable people there that are happy to help. Every time I've been here someone asks me if I need help a few seconds after I walk in the door instead of having to search for a grumpy employee that acts like I'm an interruption to their day like the other places. Has always had what I needed in-stock somehow too.

Clean location and nice staff. I needed a simple car key fob battery and the gentleman changed the old one for the new one in just a few minutes, that was very nice of him to do that.

Mike H was super helpful! Guided me right to the product I needed. Ended up saving me over $10 by finding me the exact product I needed without me having to buy multiple items to get what I needed.

Make sure you take precautions when you buy mold armor. It really works well. However if it leaks on your clothes or anything else it will immediately change the color. Make sure to put it in a good bag or lay it on a good drop cloth. As you take it home it may leak. Good store with great employees. I love my Ace. I really rather go here than to big box stores.🙂

This place truly embodies the spirit of their motto of ace being a helpful place. Store is well staffed with knowledgeable people. They can take a generic description and find you exactly what you are looking for. It may be small, but after making multiple visits I have yet to not find what I was looking for.

I went to this store today for the first time. It is close to another business I had an appointment at and I needed something from a hardware store for my disabled neighbor. I was greeted cheerfully by Susan who knew exactly which aisle had what I needed. I rounded the corner and a woman was on her hands and knees looking on the floor and under the shelves. One of her ear buds fell out of her ear and she saw it fall but could not find it. Joanne and I looked everywhere to no avail. I went to the front and spoke to Susan, Jerry and Mike. I told them what happened and asked if one of them could help look. All three of them came to help this woman! All of them on their hands and knees looked and moved everything on the nearby shelf. Everyone agreed it just wasn't there. Then Mike went to the back and reviewed the surveillance footage. He came back and said he did indeed see it fall and bounce. He took everything off the bottom shelf, lifted the shelf while lying on the floor and looked in the crack and there was her earbud! This would have never happened at Lowes or Home Depot. And this is why people love Ace Hardware stores.

This store is not close to my home, but I will make the trip there again just to say hi to Mike, Susan and Jerry.

This store is the best. They are very helpful and will help you with any project you might have. This one employee named Tyler was super helpful and the best I've ever seen. He should definitely get a raise. I will definitely be back soon.

Didn’t know this gem existed. Would highly recommend that more local marketing is done. This may become one of your busiest stores. Very happy with the staff and experience. What a wonderful idea - It’s quite possible that they take more space in the mall and expand.

I really wish the selection was much larger! The customer service is top notch! You should sign up for the rewards, as I've already received a few coupons in the mail. I always love going to Ace, but I just wish they were open for longer, and just a tad bit more selection would be great... That won't stop me from coming here though, and spending my money. Enjoy!
