Twice, over the past couple of years, Larry and his team have expertly diagnosed and fixed my work laptop: including data recovery, hardware replacement, and operating system reinstallation… all at very reasonable prices! As a small business, I would highly recommend Larry and Compu Clinic to any other small business or individual when faced with anything from OS upgrades to the notorious and heart-stopping blue screen of death.

Larry is very knowledgeable about today's technology. He understands the customer and provides explanations with as little or as much information as the customer wants - not a lot of technical jargon. Also built a computer for my particular needs without bundling a lot of unnecessary software. In addition to home personal computing, he serves multiple corporate organizations with IT solutions. I definitely recommend Compu-Clinic, Larry and Demetri for my computer needs.

I had to buy a new laptop to replace one that was dying and that always makes me really nervous. I pretty much organize my whole life on my computer and I've had some issues in the past when transferring information. I called and spoke to Larry who was very personable and he assured me that he could basically recreate my existing laptop on my new one. And he did just that! Everything was just as it was before and I never missed a beat. He has a lot of experience and was a real pleasure to work with, too. While on an extended working vacation in Palm Coast, my computer suddenly displayed the Green Screen of Death. In a panic, I search for a PC Repair shop nearby and found Compu Clinic...and man...am I glad I did!

Larry took in my machine and had it running better than when I first bought it. Not only was the cost extremely reasonable, but I got my machine back in under 5 hours of dropping it off.

Larry is the absolute best!!! If you're looking to salvage your data look NO further. THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!! I had dropped my external hard drive (a few times) almost losing EVERY picture, video, & document I own. I had went to a guy in PC with desperation all over my face. After plugging it in for a couple hours he says there's not much he thinks he can do, the damage is severe. I had already called and went to several other places just in case he couldn't fix it. When I told him I had other options but thank you so much for trying, he got upset, said I wasted his time, and bad mouthed the other companies. The company I had set up plans with to send my device to, sent me to a company who sends them the devices, which just so happened to be Compu Clinic. I was stressed and desperate because this was going to cost $4000+ but I was willing to pay the price for every single memory I owned. I spoke with someone the day before at Compu Clinic who wanted me to bring in the device to see if they could fix it, if not they would ship it off to the 3rd party company. The next day I brought in the device and was greeted by Larry. He seen my desperation and explained EVERYTHING in full detail. Gave me a few different options, estimated prices, & his own review on each company he could send the device to. Reassuring me that NO MATTER WHAT, one of these companies would be able to retrieve my files. He wanted to send it to a place that could get me what I wanted for a decent price. He asked if I would be willing to let him call these companies, explain the situation and make the best decision on my behalf. From the moment I spoke with him I just knew he had my best interest at heart so I trusted him fully to do so. He kept me up to date with every single step. The price was a little higher than the estimation but SOOOOO much cheaper than my original quote from the online company. I was in shock with just how amazing the customer service was on top of how smooth the whole transaction was. I believe I had my item within a week as well as a back up device Larry made for me "just in case". Beyond pleased with this company in every single way. Thank you sooooo much Larry!!!

Larry and team went extra mile to log in remotely and fix log in issues ... in this case no extra charge! Sold me a dynamic laptop as well as resolving malware issue in recent past. Outstanding!

Larry updated my computer back in 2005 since than he built 4 new towers from the ground up and recently upgraded the last build into a monster. There are no earthly words to brag on this company. Larry and Demetri are knowledgeable and very capable of solving any clinch, and believe me when I say that fine tuning may very well be necessary with todays licensing and hardware. I am a senior citizen who has gamed for years but mostly now since 1998 have been a flight simmer. Larry and Demetri, thank you for moving back to Palm Coast, for your expert skills and for solving all my computer problems at a reasonable price.

I had a laptop that the hinge broke. It was time for a new computer anyway, but I was given the option to repair or not. I went with new and am very pleased. The assistance to move all of my information from one laptop to another was excellent. I called with issues several times and was always taken care of immediately. Larry and Dmitri were unbelievably competent, quick and friendly. They helped me with importing some important data. When I offered to pay for their time they told me NO. This is unheard of today and they will get all of my future business.

Larry and his team did a great job scrubbing 3 hard drives across 3 devices and transferring them to an external drive. I needed it done in one day b/c I was heading back home to the northeast and he obliged. Excellent and expedient service. I highly recommend him!

I bought my 1st computer in 1981. I have built my own and repaired them myself. I was having an issue that was frustrating and I didn't have time to deal with it. I contacted Compu Clinic, and dropped the computer off at 11am on A Friday. Larry diagnosed the issues in minutes. He could have easily just tried to sell me a new computer. In discussing the situation and use of the computer, he not only fixed it... he upgraded it at an incredibly reasonable price. To be candid, checking on line repairs and upgrades, it would have cost a lot more for a lot less. Security was a concern, knowing that he does the Tech support for several major businesses with sensitive data made me comfortable that my personal information was completely safe. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my wive's computer over for an upgrade. I encourage anyone in the Palm Coast area to bring your computer to Larry before just giving up on it and buy new, or if you are buying new, talk to him about having the right computer for you. A $300 Walmart knockoff will seldom be able to do what you want, go to a pro. Thanks again Larry!!

While studying for a big exam my computer went into safe mode and wouldn’t get out. I took it to another place in town where I was told it would cost hundreds to fix and I’d need to leave it over night. I made it to Compu Clinic just before close and they were so nice and assuring. They had me back up and running in minutes and at a very fair price!

I can't imagine buying or servicing a computer without the help of Larry Gross. He has been wonderful, patient and I will not hesitate to always use his services!! When BEST BUY wouldn't even listen to my problems - Larry went above and beyond to solve my problems!! Truly didn't give up until he had the problem solved - so then we gave him a few more to solve - and he stepped up!!!! Great Service, Old fashioned values, patient and knowledgeable!!! I wish I could give Larry 100 stars! My computer crashed over the weekend and I thought I was going to have a complete melt-down after Dell told me there was nothing they could do without me sending it in. Knowing that was going to take a minimum of 2 weeks, I panicked, plus I had no idea what that was going to cost. Larry was able to get me in right away & had me back online within a few hours. He is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Compu Clinic! Fast, affordable & friendly!
