Yard At Utility

We had an issue with our sewer alarm and I had to call. The woman with whom I spoke was wonderful. She was very sweet and patient as I retrieved the information she needed in order to help me. She put in an order right away to resolve our issue. I am very pleased with the service she provided.

I have in these past 6 months of this year 2019 needed a great deal of assistance with the staff and management due to my unexpected separation from my employer!! I can assure you that I will forever be grateful with how very patient and understanding your customer service staff were with me through out this long process of me getting back on my feet. I never experienced disrespectful phone conversations. I had called weekly to keep in contact with them in some months when commitments were made through the community to pay my past due bills. They always were accommodating thank the LORD. I hope they truly know how much I appreciated their Kindness!!

We have had a few issues with the sewer at our house and also at a neighbors always on the weekend with alarm going off. Every time we call someone comes out promptly and fixes it. They ended up putting in a new pump, yes on the weekend.

Thank you to Cindy for helping me set up payments and taking the time to help me search much needed information that would have taken me forever without you! Thank you for your patience despite my horrid cell phone reception. I received such great customer service, that I just had to give you guys a shout out.

Never really had anything negative to say. We have new water coming in and old water and trash going out. That's about what we expect and want.

The woman that run this place are great. I am a local property manager and deal with them weekly. Great attitudes and wonderful service.

They are always so accommodating; Everything I go in to pay a bill or move service from one property to another, customer service always has a smile. Thank you!

We moved to Palm Coast Jan 2021 our home was a new construction build yet we still continue to have plumbing issues. I believe there is something wrong that is causing my bill to be $200-$300 a mth! The only help I get is to chk my toilets for leaks. The toilets sinks tubs get clogged so easily and there's a weird smell in my 1 bathroom. I wish someone would help more with this problem. The ladies have always been nice when I call and they were great when our alarm went off. the men who fixed tht said there was something done wrong when it was first put in, that tells me it cld have to do with our plumbing but they said it's on the home owner to fix.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN them more STARS BUT THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE A BATHROOM EMERGENCY THATs ACTUALLY QUITE SERIOUS. THEY MEAN IT WHEN THEY say they DON'T ALLOW YOU TO USE THE BATHROOM THERE WHICH IS RIDICULOUS.
I was sick and I was begging them with tears in my eyes and they still said no.
when you consider the fact that it's the public utility department for your water it's UNACCEPTABLE that they caused me to be humiliated and mortified and go home crying. more about that at bottom.
I think the water quality is kind of poor but at least I am given an email option to know when they are doing the flush which bothers me a lot if I drink that water when they change the chemicals. Also I am usually treated very nicely and very well by the receptionist but I was there a couple weeks ago to pay my bill in person and needed to use the bathroom desperately they would not let me which I think is ridiculous for a public place even though I begged and I had to humiliate myself run like the devil and go pee outside behind some bushes where my ass was visible to a restaurant and a couple of maintenance guys in the back of the building.
I paid my bill via the Dropbox after that because I was humiliated and they still shut my water off the next day... By accident.

Iam a 72 year old lady living on the Bird of Paradise Dr where the traffic is crazy and fast . The new trash company delivered my recycle bin today. They just tossed it in the swell. Not even close to the driveway. I cannot climb down from the street to retrieve it as the ground is slippery and wet not to mention the traffic flying by! Thanks FCC waste management!

Man is this place awful. Ridiculous prices (my water bill is $150-200 a month when it was around $75 a month where I came from), slow "customer" service and subpar water quality.

This is exactly what I expect when there's no alternative to their "service" -- no incentive for them to provide good service to their "customers." The city has a monopoly on water and we pay the price for it all the way around.

I had gone to the utility dept to inquire about the excessive amount of gallons charged on my account. When I first spoke to this woman, I said, I was hoping to get some answers to my questions. When the gal reviewed past months usage there was one month that was quite low. She looked at me and very rudely and sternly said, "that isn't even enough to flush a toilet", ( she never asked me if by some chance if had been away for any period of time) then she had the audacity to say to me that I was getting water and NOT paying for it. She said, we will have to check your meter as if I had fixed it some how as to get free water. I was absolutely stunned. I stated to her that she was being rude and she in turn said I was rude. She changed her tune somewhat when I told her I had a new home and the meter was new also. Management needs to deal with their employees attitudes and have a workshop regarding how to better deal with the public. She attacked my integrity which was and is very unacceptable.. .

Garbage men forget our street. Water bill is ridiculously high even when we aren't home. Water is undrinkable. Ladies at the office are rude. 1 star is too high.
