They are hard working, caring and always have a smile. Every single medical office I have every experienced has not compared to the wonderful office we call our medical home. Thank you!

I was so impressed with this practice. First the waiting area was so very clean. The receptionist was so nice and assertive. Appointment was right on time and no additional waiting. Met my primary care Venus Valliere and she was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this practice.

My husband and I go here for our primary care. Venus Vallerie is our physician and we are very happy with her. She really cares for her patients and wants to see them do their best. We couldn't be happier with our care here. We also want to give a shout out to Venus's nurse Maria, she is awesome and on top of things. We love her personality and sense of humor. We wouldn't go anywhere else but here for our primary care.

Definitely the best doctors office I have been to in a while. Patricia Williams was wonderful very thorough,and very compassionate. I had all of my concerns addressed and questions answered.I felt like more than just a 'number' there and plan on making this my permanent doctor even though it is a far drive for me,it was definitely worth it!!!! My favorite Doctors office. The must beautiful gorgeous nurses at the front desk, welcoming you for your appointment. Just DON'T, put that temperature reading thingy on my forehead, use the wrist.

I have been going to Aza Health since Oct 2020. Venus Valliere is my primary care Dr. She is very thorough in exam as well as testing to make sure your health is at its best. I am very happy and satisfied under her care.

Exceptional experience!! Receptionist desk courteous, triage nurse was great. Nurse practitioner Michelle Kessler absolutely the best, took her time to inform me of EVERYTHING!! Phlebotomist hit my vein on the first try and then JUDY...such a caring woman

I don't understand any sub par reviews here. I started going to see first NP Pam then due to complex health issues, Dr. Usmani. They saved my life with their care and referrals. I then started bringing my two kids to see Dr. Usmani. They are always so kind and helpful whether it be the front desk, pharmacy, nurses or dr. I have not met one that was bad. Dr. Usmani saved my life. So now, I trust him with my children's medical care, which isn't easy given our inherited autoimmune disease and IgA deficiency. Also, they always have been able to see us quickly when sick. Their sliding feet pay scale also helped me get great medical care when I had no insurance. I highly recommend them to anyone. My experience is with the Palm Coast office and the dental office in Palatka, I can't speak for other offices. Thank you and God bless all of you in Palm Coast.

Personally I had excellent care at Azalea Health in Palm Coast. By a round about way I found out that the their office offered $5 walk in no appointment needed Pap smear testing so I took advantage of this service. If you are unaware Uterine cancer is much more prevalent than breast cancer....which the Industry has latched onto (b.c.) because it is a money making medical profit for mammogram radiology, chemotherapy, and all those charities that line their own pockets instead of preparing women with anti-cancer diets, herbals that have been proven by scientific methods to fight the infections (cancer, mycoplasmas, virus) I would suggest no radiation and try thermography for breast cancer screening among other things. Anyway, all the caregivers we're truly professional and I give my recommendation as an RN. For your own sake if you have questions write them down or type them out and bring them to your appointment.

I love Dr. Usmani! He is kind, patient, and great with my three boys. All of the folks at Azalea are very busy, and there is a wait, but they truly care about their patients.

Everybody is so nice and friendly I highly recommend them to anyone and you can usually get an appoint within days not weeks or months like some other places.

Great doctors, great level of care, great prices. Front desk staff not consistently in good humor but don’t let that deter you from the quality care this clinic offers.

I always have a great experience here. Such nice people work here. Yes it can be a little bit of a wait but they get there job done.
